A very nice hotel, sweet and professional staff. Very on top of things. Very nice spacious rooms. Lovely bathroom. Everything works. Also the breakfast was delicious. A lot of choice, and making waffles yourself was very nice.
The hotel was having a old style decoration and appeared cosy, and the checkin was smooth and easy. The room and the bath was clean and the bathroom was nice size.

Nice hotel located in the center of Kristianstad. Quiet room with comfy bed. We had a pleasant evening in the cozy lobby bar. Breakfast was tasty and varied as well.
Centrally located, really nice lobby where you can have coffee. Good breakfast. Nice room.
The bathroom is pretty worn down and old. The shower drain was clogged and the water overflew and covered half the bathroom. The water is first cold for a long time and then gets too warm but it is hard to change the temperature.

breakfast on (only) weekends
impossible to sleep on weekends because the bar/disco attached to the hotel has extremely loud music till around 4am, very old room with plastic carpet…. cleaning could also improve.Clearly a property that needs refurbishment

Super nice building from the outside and the entrance.In the centre and close to all bars, cafes and the nature reserve.
Going up to the rooms, wasn’t the most well preserved or clean hallways.The room itself was a good size with beautiful high ceilings but unfortunately it was decorated quite tacky, not at all in the beautiful old style of the rest of the hotel building.
Very friendly personnel, very comfortable bed, very good breakfast.The hotel is a little oldendays, but that could even add to the ambience.
