Great overall atmosphere, beautiful location and excellent staff

Some places needs a touch ups

The bed was so comfortable!!! We had a sea view room with a nice balcony. The indoor and outdoor spas were great. The food for lunch in the spa area was very tasty! Definitely recommend

The restaurants sucks. The Grill restaurant, couldn’t cook anything. My boiled artichoke was cooked enough and two tables had the same experience. The comment the other table said “I should have known, if you couldn’t cook an artichoke, You definitely couldn’t cook a chicken. Personally my husband and my protein dishes was bad. Then we went the next night to the other restaurant and it was also horrible. I would go again, but not eat in their restaurants. They offer a free dinner when we come again.Another thought. Their wine list is not up to date. We ordered a bottle wine and after 10 mins they said it was out. We ordered our second choice and after 7 mins they came back and said it was out. Then our third choice after we waited nearly 45 mins since arriving, they had that one. But it was too late for a whole bottle of wine.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Breakfast in the morning where good and plentyfull

Dinner at the resturants are overpriced, compared to what it was. The overall cleaning where low - the resturant (Sandys grill) where full of small flies at the tables. The glasses where dirty. The napkin where dirty. The staff where not really good at being aware of their guest and there needs. I got a bottle of wather as seated, but only a glass to poor it into, after 15 min, and first when I asked for it, my self. The same story with a napkin, which I only recieved after asking for it - unfortunate it where not 100% clean, as the waterglass either where :-(

Friendly staff, amazing location and great food

The facilities was among the best ever experienced. Amazing Spa facilities and location close to the beach was amazing. Also enjoyed good drinks and food in the restaurants. Food was good, staff very nice and facilities great. Will come back in the future.

Two beds put together as a double bed was not good for a couple on a romantic getaway. It made it impossible to sleep close and I think a romantic place like this should have real double beds. Would also wish for a later check out than 10 which is a bit earlier than most hotels.

The location is perfect and The staff is very service minded and friendly. The breakfast was really good.

The loud music everywhere and the fact that the hotel is mostly for conference during weekdays.

Breakfast was good with lots of options, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Food from the restaurant was very good. Staff were very accommodating and speak both Swedish and English.

On Friday nights there is a DJ in the Retreat Club. When asked about what time the music stopped the staff informed me 9pm, they continued till 10pm. Not the most relaxing so steer clear of the pool and head for the spa instead if you are wanting a quieter Friday night.

they where doing some kind of maintenance work so the constant sound of drilling was not very relaxing in the spa
