Quiet and convenient

Was unaware of repair of the sauna an hot tub

Customer suggestted this hotel, very good, Room is big, bed is enough, 4 beds in my room, clean. Nearby about 200m has a supermarket. Reception is the best, they provide Free cookie and fruits for all Days, this is really sweet and warm guests' heart. Next time I will check in here definitely. Highly recommend.

Didn’t have to wander too far into the town.

Parking was a bit lacking, and the first room I got was very warm. Thankfully the reception was helpful with finding a cooler room for me.

The breakfast

Checked in late unfortunately fur to traffic delays and no one was there; found the keys as instructed; however, despite communicating that we are 4 ( 2 teenage children) the family room advertised 4 beds but had only 2 actual beds; the folded additional beds were wrapped, covered and we needed to assemble them at midnight, despite being exhausted and were not comfortable. In addition, the hotel parking, located behind the hotel, is operated by 3rd party/easy pass which did not accept the daily advertised fee and only hourly one; I ended up paying about 45 USD for 10 hours of overnight parking. The staff at check out shrugged her shoulders and mentioned that it should have been much less … there was not far, supposedly a cheaper public parkjng, free overnight but needed someone to wake up and go to pay in AM for daytime… a parking scam overall…

Room size

A pretty nice hotel with rooms that are reasonably spacious. The pub is nice and the breakfast is good, really good.

The rooms are quite worn, the bathrooms in particular need renovation. The room prices are in the metropolitan range and of course too high considering where we are, even more so considering the bathrooms need renovation. In addition, they want 100 kronor per hour to store our bags when we arrived!!! Access to the rooms costs 100 kronor/h before 3 pm - ridiculous.

The breakfast vas nearly as expected.

When I came into the room, it looked very fresh, but looking a bit more I saw it was kind of old. The bathroom was quite worn out, and did not appear as clean as one would expect from such a room. Paid over 2,500 SEK, as there were no standard rooms left.

Hotel played EXTREMELY LOUD music all night. They played the music in the lobby, i was on the 5 th floor and things on the shelves rattled and fell due to the music. Hotel staff is a bunch of kids with NO experience holding s party for their own friends.

See above. EXTREMLY LOUD.Parking is also horrible and very hard to find. The hotel parking is flooded with workers vehicles and has NO spaces for guests.

Nice and clean room

The bar didn’t seem to serve alcohol in their drinks. After spending 2k kroners, we went to bed more sober than non-alcoholic beverages ?

the vegan breakfast was amazing, the girl and the guy at the reception were very very nice friendly and always a step ahead

Easy to find. Beautiful hotel. Right next to a beautiful pub

Most friendly and helpful staff with hug smiles. Bowls for my dogs were waiting for us in the room.

Could be updated

Very comfy bed, nice elegant practical room (hangers and place to put your stuff without being in the way). Very good choice of breakfast and really nice visually pleasing restaurant and a pub. Plus price wise good value. The fact that it has plenty of parking spaces even if central location The very friendly receptionist. Elegant lobby.

The shower. It was clean and big but it seems that like in all the hotels we'be been, for some reason is cheaper to have just an half door that separates the shower so obviously u are gonna get water outside the shower. It wasnt huge amounts and it did dried fast but it blows my mind everytime. At least put a scraper somewhere, i dont care about elegance i want not to wet my socks when i go in the bathroom

Location, great breakfast, big room.

2 single beds put together instead of double bed.Very expensive parking - beware of EasyPark charging you for electric parking place, even if you are not parked on designated spaces for electric cars. Room was very big but bathroom very small, and there was no storage space for cosmetics.

The hotel met my needs. I liked the Asian Fusion restaurant attached to the hotel.

I would have liked my room cleaned and made up daily but not a major issue. Having to use an app for parking was problematic for me but I paid the hotel and I think they paid it. Thank you.

Pleasant

the price was high but gym and spa didn’t work.

The breakfast was excellent both in quality and variety. The presentation and organisation were both very good.

The concrete stumps in the car park were placed in an awkward position. I hit them along with another guest too .

Clean and nice hotel

The staff didn't have basic knowledge about the hotel they work in,the gym and spa was not open, the restaurant is not open on Sunday,and the lobby staff would not sell me beer that was right in front of me on a Sunday when the restaurant was closed all day so i had to go to a bar to get beers ?

Lovely staff all over

First room no electricity Second room woken up by roadwork 6.20 am Third room TINY bathroom which when you showered had the water running all over the floor
