Hotell Hehrne

Really nice and peaceful hotel, great location overlooking the river and great value for money. I’ve been there four times with work and consider this place to be a little gem.

Hotel was situated overlooking Göta canal which could be seen from breakfast room and bedroom. Breakfast was good. Parking was free outside hotel.Room was clean and had tea/coffee making facilities. Staff really helpful and provided me with gluten free bread for breakfast which was really important for me.

The hotel location was quite a distance from the town centre so a taxi or car or motorbike is needed.

The location was great

The surrounding people were noisy. Seems like there may be a refugee Centre at the same location, but other buildings.

Very helpful staff. Daniel was excellent and helpful with our car GPS problems.

The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel was really clean, both the rooms, reception and elevators. Nice surroundings outside, perfect for children.

Good for one night while travelling through. Decent hotel for the price.

The rooms were quite small and the beds were not great. Alot of noice could be heard between the rooms (we were unlucky that someone was having a party in a nearby room when we were staying there, which resulted in little sleep).

They allowed pets.Staff was nice.

Our room had some kind of machine noise constantly.It just never stopped.

Amazing scenery, family friendly, great staff, good breakfast, good beds, no stress, quiet.

Friendly service and usually a good hotel.

I had room 226 and around midnight, someone started a mashine to clean the floor or something. It was a terrible noise for a while, but only in my room. I hope it will be better next time.

The staff was really nice and tried to help.The area is beautiful and very quite. It looks like it is possible to have breakfast outside.

The interior is rather simple and functional. Nothing bad about this, it's probably fine if one is out all day and just use the room for sleeping (or if one stays for a single night). I just imagined a longer stay with bad weather conditions.Breakfast was good and versatile, however, I would have wished for some refill in between (it was Sunday though and the crew might have been understaffed).

This is a lovely place to stay. Pretty location. Nice terrace to sit on and have drinks. Room.was comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of lovely fresh fruits ,yogurts ceral s,lovely choice of breads .bacon ,cheese, cold meats tomatoes cucumber and eggs .etc.and so much more And the best coffee we have had since we started our road trip 10 days ago .

The choice of food for Dinner. There was nothing on the menu at all .It seems chef decides that night what he has in kitchen and that's your choice. Last night was chicken and roasted veg new potatoes. As it happens this was very tasty. Veg should have been cooked a bit better and too much Bearnais sauce but chicken tasty

We stayed family room and it was comfortable and clean. Staffs were friendly and kind.There were free car parking and beautiful lake.

The bed was comfortable. The hotel was quiet. The breakfast was delicious. The dinner menu was a little limited but the food was good.

The WiFi wasn’t as good as it could be. The dinner meals, although limited choice, were delicious and large portions. The Creme Brûlée’s were super.

Very nice location at summer, with parks and geese and an historical bridge outside. The staff was very nice and kept the breakfast open after closing hours when we overslept after the festival. Within walking distance there is sluice/floodgates where you can see boats traverse the different water levels of the canal, and you can take a 2 hour walk along the canal in great nature towards the city.

Bus connectivity isn't great; one bus every 30 minutes and limited night connectivity. Very quite neighborhood in the summer, not much action locally.

The location of the hotel was quite good. The view from the breakfast area was perfect and the actual breakfast was fine. There was a place for walking and having a rest outside. There is an outdoor workout spot quite near to the hotel. Parking spot is quite good.

In my opinion, the door opening/closing mechanism is super slow. You could be super bored while waiting for doors to close up )))

It´s a very nice location with a great nature.

No fridge at the room!The people who works at the reception should at least speak proper English.The bread at the breakfast was boring, there should be a bigger selection. No ketchup for the egg and bacon, and no toastbread or toaster.
