Clean, comfortable, nice staff

Very welcoming and warm (Dec/Jan Temperature 0.1 degrees - raining and windy) Extremely clean. The Buffet Breakfast, well set out and lots to offer. Would return again if ever in Esjberg.

Great variety of hot and cold breakfast items. The coffee choices were also very good. The seating areas were very relaxing.

The heating was too high particularly in the bedroom

Nice and modern hotel with a cozy feel. The staff was friendly and the room was adequately equipped. Very central location.

Cleanliness and the staff where very friendly.

No milk in the room to have coffee in the morning.

I was very pleased overall, especially the friendly and helpful staff.

This is a very minor thing but the remote control for the TV was quite tricky; however the kind receptionist helped me figure it out.

Nice hotel with good breakfast and underground parking (paid) in the center of Esbjerg close to nice restaurants.

The bath/toilet rooms are clean, but very small and after a shower, the whole bathroom floor is wet of water, so you only can walk in bare foot (see pictures)

Location is great, very central in Esbjerg. The room was big enough and comfortable. The staff was friendly and the premises are modern.

Not much to say negative. The bathroom could be a little bit bigger.

Breakfast was average and there were very less options. Maybe croissants or some rolls would be a welcome addition for the guests. Also a warm dish like porridge during winter time.

Hotel is fine but customer...

Staff were completely unwilling to help with re-arranging my bookings. It was clear they only cared about getting the maximum money possible and no interest in trying to accomodate a change in dates. I was told I could not change my dates due to no availability despite their website showing they still had availability. I spent a week trying to reach them on the phone and asked the hotel manager to call me back and they never did. It is clear they do not care about customer service at all.

Our visit to the hotel was great. We've stayed at other Cabinns and this room was larger than I expected, very clean and had lots of space for our baggages and to relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful adding to our experience. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay with great service.

The bathrooms are always small but enough.

It wasn’t totally outdated

No AC, so it got really hot. No gym, poor breakfast, a really grim and unfriendly attitude among the staff. Lousy cleaning (if any) and bathroom wrongly constructed which lead to constant over flooding in the shower. You could literally shower for 3 minutes before water poured out in the room from the bathroom. No, really don’t stay there. I moved in to Britannia which was a bit outdated to, but with nice staff and a good gym. You could even shower there, like on a real hotel:):)

Horrible staff and shower flooded after 2 minutes. All rooms have that problem. No gym and a really sad breakfast

New building therefore also quite clean. The breakfast was good and the location is great.

The room was hot like hell even though the window was open all the time and the weather was fair. We couldn’t sleep because of that heat and on top of it, both pillow and duvet were winter types. There were only one flat pillow per person so we had to roll one duvet to serve as pillow and slept under the other duvet across. Bathroom is a joke. The sink is tiny, and the tap over the sink covers it completely, therefore you can’t wash your face. You also can’t put the kettle or plastic bottle to fill it with the water. Bathroom is of the size of “Copenhagen” bathroom. After the shower water covers entire floor and even if you try drying it with the squeegee it remains wet. The soap is in dispenser that you need to use both hands to squeeze soap out, quite unhygienic. The mirror in the room is hanged in a corner behind the bed, so you can’t use it unless you move some furniture. There are only paper cups for coffee.

Central location, easy check-in/check-out, the room had just what I needed for a quiet night during a music festival in town

While the bathroom has the essentials, it's not very spacious. Busy streets outside, but with closed windows no problem (noisy people outside are hardly the hotel's fault)

Downtown location is great. Parking behind the hotel (to be reserved via 3rd party, but well communicated by the hotel).Good breakfast.

Summertime: the temperature of the room. If you have a room on the front side, the sun is on it the entire afternoon. Therefore the room is too hot, not possible to cool down. Even if you open the window there's no airflow and it's very noisy from the outside (bars etc), even on the 7th floor.Needs aircon to make it more comfortable.Small bathroom.
