Bathroom shower is dated. Could have used hand held device.

Very good location. Walkable everywhere.Staff were very kind to us and our poor Spanish.

When booking, they wanted me to cancel the booking here and book directly to them for 10% discount, and when I refused, a value of almost 20% over the rate advertised was charged on my credit card, and they failed to provide a good reason for that.

They forgot to properly clean the room for two days. My parents stayed in the room next door and didn’t have any problems with it.

Loved the spacious room and breakfast with unsweetened yogurt and lots of fruit and seeds. The staff was very helpful looking for services we needed. The curtains were excellent at blocking light. On a quiet street in Recoleta which is a great neighborhood.

The whole spa area was being repaired during our stay. The stairs were dark. Really either temporary or minor.

Let me say that the staff is incredibly polite, the hotel is well placed in recolleta (near the mall e very nice places to eat or pass the time), very clean and delicious breakfast. The apartment has a good bed, sofá and bathroom.My only complaint ( and for me is an important one) is regarding noises. The room has nearly no sound proofing, I could hear the TV and the people talking in the other room, and also any movement the upstairs guests made. I didn't relax or sleep well due to the constant noises.If you can sleep fast and well with some noises so this should be the place to stay. If you need silence to sleep, you might have some hard time.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood, this small boutique hotel provided a central location for us to explore Buenos Aires. There a plenty of local restaurants, shops etc in the area. The hotel breakfast buffet was good, the staff helpful & friendly. All in all, great location !

Breakfast was adequate, location was good walking distance to city centre and room was larger that expected, very clean and as stated earlier all staff were excellent
