The room was a bit dark.

The gym has a very weird treadmill - a went on a few miles run and i felt legit like it was breaking down while using itCommunication with the staff was a bit odd - we had an early flight and asked for a "to-go" breakfast which seemed very hard to get, and only received old medialunas and yogurt, despite them having their own in-house coffee bar, with inlimited cake and cookies for breakfast (?)

The property is clean and pretty. The pool and sitting areas are quiet and relaxing. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was at the coffee shop on the first floor and was very good. It was a popular place for people not staying at the hotel as well so it had an upbeat vibe to hang in throughout the day. It gets a bit noisy in the room late afternoon from all the people.

Great location, felt like a real hotel, after traveling for long. Very nice vibe, great choice of hotel.

There was a sewer smell comes and goes a specially in the night, it’s hard to ignore! The breakfast served in their Cafe is really not as good as the menu and you get not as good service as the paying customers! We did leave tip every time but the system just not working for my opinion. On the other hand the hotel has a nice coffee/tea corner at the lobby, was enough for me.

The best thing about this place is Gabriel at the front desk. Very friendly and kind.

This is not a hotel. And it’s definitely not a boutique hotel. Just say what it is. It’s an apartment complex with a concierge. There’s no coffee in the room. There’s no amenities, no restaurant, no spa, except the ones that might be in some other part of the apartment complex…why hide it? Just say, this is an apartment complex. I’d like to be able to choose instead of being mislead.

Very happy to have selected this hotel for my stay in Buenos Aires. It's centrally located in Palermo with access to anything you may need nearby. The breakfast and restaurant were great. It was great to have access to the gym and spa. The staff were helpful and cordial. The room was modern and well kept. No complaints.

The rooms were comfortable, clean and looked new. The staff was very friendly

The breakfast was always very crowded and sometimes we had to wait more than half an hour to be served. The location was not the best.

Alejandro and Carlos from reception were the best!!!! The design location and spa amazing!!! We LOVED THE terrace and they even helped us and welcomed us with a bottle of red and chocolates for our honeymoon since moon!!!! Alejandro even provided us tips to walk around the city!!!

Towels but they are average like any hotel. Other than that we loved it!!!

The hotel ia fairly new, very clean spacious and nice entrance compared to kther hotels in area staff are super helpful nice smalm gym and pool. Food is limited but very good tatse.Very clean woth central location!

Beautiful hotel with large rooms and slick modern design. Great location in lovely neighborhood. Great pool and really friendly staff. Breakfast was great. They are doing some building work on restaurant of the hotel, but it did not affect our stay at all.

The restaurant is being remodeling. The room I received was on the 1st floor, just above the restaurant. all the noise caused by the remodeling affected my stay, from 8am to 5pm. They could have the sensibility to provide me a room far from the restaurant.

This hotel is really well located in a great neighborhood of Palermo in Buenos Aires. The hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable and modern. There is a also a swimmingpool which was much appreciated. It was a nice touch to have a glass of wine included every day and to sit out on the terrace. (dont forget your mosquito spray though). Most of the staff were really very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast. A very small selection of items and they often ran out of the basics. The coffee was terrible, luckily there are good cafes around where you can get a proper coffee. We were perhaps a bit unlucky staying there since there seemed to be a constant issue with the plumbing - smelling really bad and at times not possible to flush the toilet. Hopefully that is something they were able to permanently fix.

Room was great and swimming pool too.

Staff was great except for one lady (who did our check in) who had an attitude towards me and my girlfriend.

The people were so kind, amazing and helpful. Appart from the lovely hotel itself with the pool, saunas and massage options (highly recommend especially after a long flight or day walking around), people working here definitely make ones stay exceptional.

Beds were comfy, rooms were modern.location to restaurants was excellent

Location (close to hot sports in Palermo SoHo) and the spa. I like the minimalistic decor.

The property needs a bit of life. It feels a bit lonely in there! They could use a restaurant for breakfast as well. The pool water needs to be skimmed often, it looks murky.

Central location in palermo district close to shops, cafes, restaurants, and transport. staff were helpful and friendly, and the spa had the best massage service

breakfast was outside in another place. A coffee bar and was ok but not very good. limited assortment. Long waiting time to be served. In the hotel there are only rooms and a spa. Outside a very tiny swimming pool. Terrasses enough, but no one used those as there was nothing to do in this hotel. Boring. Area is good, but nothing to do with the hotel services.
