Great location. But staff not really understood English even they were friendly.

I liked the location

The price vs comfort. It’s too old, doesn’t provide essential items in the room . The breakfast it’s ok.

A very good value with a nice breakfast and excellent staff. The linens and room were very clean.

The rooms are on the small side and nothing is fancy which is fine with us.

The breakfast was very good with a good assortment of pastries and juices. The location was great - very close to subway station and the main plaza. The price was good for the location and the people very very helpful.

My shower was the size of a small phone booth and it was almost impossible to bend over and pick up bar of soap if you dropped it.

There were 3 great things about this place: 1) The staff 2) the location and 3) the breakfast. The staff were great. I especially want to brag on Romero and also on the breakfast staff that went above and beyond. The location is great because you are close to a lot of things to see, do, and eat. The breakfast was exceptional and they catered to our dietary needs when we contacted them in advance. We enjoyed our stay here in March and appreciated it so much, we booked again, this time in October.

Great front desk staff with very helpful tips near the neighborhood and very helpful when storing your luggage. Breakfast options were really nice. The location is amazing really close to metro stations or the "Casa Rosada"

Breakfast staff seemed like they did not care to be there. I had to constantly ask for more items to be restocked and when they restock only fill it up half way on certain items. The room window did not have a great view in the room I was in and the AC/Heater had to be physically turned on and it was pretty high up so had to use a chair to go up and turn it on/off.

The location was pretty great. It was in the center, close to La Casa Rosada.

It was in an excellent location just a couple blocks from Plaza de Mayo on a fairly quiet street. The front desk was always manned and the facilities were lovely!

It was a little outdated in some areas and the room was very small. Sometimes you had to wait awhile to use the elevator because it was also used by the cleaning crew and it had a low weight limit, so not many could be in the elevator at the same time. Overall, still very worth the price, though.

The location is excellent, literally around the corner from Plaza de Mayo and within easy access to many points of interest. Although not huge, our room was very comfortable and clean and had a nice view towards the clocktower. We enjoyed the breakfast, which was plentiful for us, and we appreciated having access to filtered water at any time to fill up our water bottles. Although it may not be a fancy hotel, we really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff members who were all friendly, helpful and kind. Thank you.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they let you leave your luggage before check in and even after check out if you have late travel connections. Location is good for people visiting downtown. Hotel is OK (and just OK) if you're on a budget. Breakfast was ok as well considering the price of the room.

Location can be tricky due to strikes happening regularly around Plaza de Mayo. The hotel Is quite simple, the single room was small, the A/C was old and noisy (imposible to sleep with it turned on). Small TV.

The only thing yo like is the location of the property.

The room was basic, old fashioned furniture, if you showered or flushed the toilet it came up through the bathroom drain and flooded the room. No hairdryer only one for the whole hotel. Breakfast poor selection a bowl of mouldy fruit on display.

This hotel offers a somewhat unique experience, transporting you back to the aesthetic of the 90s. While the decor and overall ambiance reflect a bygone era, the hotel thankfully maintains a good standard of cleanliness throughout. Although the design might not be cutting-edge, the rooms are tidy and well-maintained, which is a plus.The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the breakfast. The spread was generous and offered a wide variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The quality of the food was also commendable.Overall: If you're not overly concerned with ultra-modern design and prioritize cleanliness and a substantial breakfast, this hotel is a reasonable option. Just be aware that the in-room snacks come at an extra cost. I'd rate it a solid experience with a few quirks.

Only important drawback, however, is the fact that all snacks available in the room are chargeable. It would be helpful if this was communicated more clearly upon arrival.

Room and faculty was goodNot good at all for longer stays if you are considering breakfast option. As they have 100% same extremely basic options everyday. And that option does not include eggs. However you can order separately.WiFi was good too

Great location near Plaza de Mayo and Florida Street. They let us keep our luggage there after check out until we left for airport. Good breakfast and bar.
