Up Viamonte Hotel

Great location right in the center of everything. Only one block from the subway. The staff was super nice and welcoming.

It's a small hotel, so the lobby is almost non-existent and the elevators are cramped.

I liked its proximity to Aeroparque and the breakfast.

I did not like the current construction work being done to the road in front of the hotel. Of course, there is nothing the hotel can do about this, but it makes getting to the hotel a little complicated.

rooms are noisy, the fridge in our room was not working properly (did not cool and was running all the time)

Rooms were run down, bathrooms had mold in grout. Towels were like sandpaper. Paper towels were not provided for the kitchenette. No ice machine on property, breakfast was limited. Not sure why anyone would think this is above 2 stars

The hotel is in an old building they were renovating it but my room was still not done. It was very old the pictures are not showing it. But the price was very cheap and you get what you pay for it!

The man worked from afternoon to night shift is really nice and helpful! Room is good and clean.

I lost my Apple Pencil in the room and I am sure about it because my last time using it was inside the room and I did a day tour for Uruguay and on the ferry I use again and I can’t find it. But they just keep saying they didn’t see my Apple Pencil in the room One of those days , there was a renovation in a nearby building which woke me up very early

Very good location, large room with fridge, microwave & kettle, and a very good breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

Construction noise that woke me up in the morning. A few tea bags & instant coffee in the room would have been nice.

Central location close to restaurants, parks and attractions. Good variety breakfast.

Construction on the 4th floor could be heard on the first floor. Sawing hammering and banging made it impossible to nap on the first day. The second day was quiet as they were painting the noise picked up the next day.

Excellent location close to many restaurants, mini - markets and the Obelisk. Spacious, clean room with kitchenette. Cleaning done on a daily basis. Very comfortable beds. Friendly and polite staff.

The staff was very friendly and the location is convenient. A lot of options near by in walking distance. The room was comforting and spacious.

The bathroom is presenting some humidity, the ventilation fan or lack of window is affecting it.

No clean at all, strong smell of musty and fungus, also small bugs in the roof, walls, and even some towels.

The housekeeping service is very slow. When placed the sign to service the room early morning 8am, this was not done when we got back from a tour which was around 6pm

Its centrally located with amazing staff. Breakfast was adequate.

The rooms are not noise cancellations. We were on second floor facing the road but it was the elevator ding which was irritating.

I like that there is a receptionist 24/7, not just a screen. It felt very safe. The room was very clean, and the cleaners were very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. The location was perfect for me, I was visiting a fertility clinic nearby. View from room was nice. The breakfast was excellent and lasted until 11am which gave me time to run errands and eat prior to checking out. I would definitely stay here again.

The mini fridge wasn't very cold. I had medications that needed to be refrigerated, so I was worried it would be a problem. The mini fridge also didn't have a freezer section, so I couldn't freeze my ice packs.

easygoing hotel a few minutes walk from the subway, with another stop not too far off. walkable close to a number of sights, and easy access to many others. bed was comfortable, wifi was decent enough, hot water solid. elevators small but quick. staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. simple but nice accommodations overall.

walls were a bit thin, and you could kind of hear the subway pass by below.

The property is conveniently located, walking distance from many must see places in BsAs and places to eat.Good room with king bed and 2 twin beds and small kitchenette with all you need to feel like home.

The property has some signs of mold which I think should be addressed. In room 602 The bathtub has a glass that you can’t move and is too close to the bidet and is hard to come out, you have to be careful not to fall. Mattress in king bed was a little hard.
