- The staff, property, and breakfast all exceeded my expectations. They were friendly, knowledgeable and made the stay very enjoyable. The property is simply decorated but tasteful and included everything we could want from a short stay. Breakfast was delicious and bonus points on the iced latte!
- Excellent customer service, great recommendations, comfortable bed, quiet. Location is not too far from a subway station that is quick and inexpensive to get to the park, museum, cemetery and shopping.
- Es un lugar limpio y tranquilo.
Cons -
- Area para fumadores demasiado apartada e incomoda.
- Nothing. Everything was great.
- Mosquitos. My Daughter received 4 mosquito bites during The night. Bathrooms Also with mosquitos. Would recommend placing mosquito nets over bed or mesh over windows

Breakfast, quiet place, welcoming owners, great tips about Buenos Aires
Quiet neighborhood. Not far from everything you need. Away from the hustle of the center core.
Amazing stay in a cosy little boutique hotel. Staff was really helpful and nice. Highly recommended.
It would be good to have the ability to eat outside in the garden.
Everything is amazing in this very cosy and comfortable little hotel, with excellent service and great staff, who are super helpful. Super clean place.
No criticism to be honest. This is an exceptional place.
Great location - close to AEP. Property felt safe and was comfortable. Small and hospitable. The owners are SO welcoming. They will cook you breakfast and I loved speaking with them. I was upgraded without even asking and I really appreciated them staying up to date with me regarding my arrival. I can’t thank them enough and hope to be back soon!
Very clean good size room quite. Breakfast was nice.
Poor location, everything is 0.3 mile of a walk. Parking is 5 blocks away. Airport (Eze) 18 miles away.If you don’t mind walking it’s OK.
It was clean and the staff were so kind. My stay was only for one night, but I wish I could I have stayed longer. Lovely place!
The host went beyond my expectations. They allowed us to check in early and feed us breakfast and dinner, it's was a great time
I like everything
Lovely property and the owners make it extra special! Breakfast was delightful
