Run down and the beds had old sheets that looked used. I had to go to another hotel. I did not stay there.

Very friendly staff and helpful. Breakfast ends at 10:30 which is nice but check out is at 10:00.Breakfast was really good and good options. The location is good is near a bus stop, metro, or a ferry to go to Uruguay all with a 10 min max walking distance.

In certain rooms the AC is controlled by the front desk and only turned on at certain times. We moved to a room that we were able to control it. The windows when you enter can be hard to open since it has a metal shaft to keep the windows private. The lobby is okay not the most comfortable to be in. The elevator is not modern and it stops and start abruptly so can be annoying.

The bedding stained. Old mattresses. Air conditioner was dirty and old. The vent direction was broken

Location but noisy

Old place, bath design is bad, instead of a shower curtain it should be a glass like separation. Safe was not working, no coffee machine, no screen on window, so we had to fight with mosquitoes at night. The breakfast was very poor.

The hotel is old and gloomy

They had an individual window AC unit in the room that worked wonders on a hot day. This is not a universal feature of hotels in Buenos Aires.

Minor issues related to my situation at the time. They did not have a laundry service. The staff do not speak English. The stairs are very worn.

Location

Had to change rooms after check in. Not every room has a remote control for the air conditioning. If there is NO remote you have to ask the front desk to turn the air conditioner on and off. Only plugs are the side lamp. Charging several electronics was an issue. Great coffee shop next door and pizza by the slice across the road.

It was great for my purposes, the breakfast, the wi-fi, the room.

At first glance really worn-out but comfortable beds, nice staff and location made it into a really nice stay and we slept very well.

Breakfast ok but missed eggs.

Staff were great front desk lady( she was wearing pink reading glasses ) I don’t remember her name. The kitchen lady was great too!!! She saw that my kid was sick and she helps me out.

Bathroom didn’t have lavatory , mold in the sink and too small the shower area . The walls were dirty. Please check that room 203

Good, nice location. Clean. Lady at the front speaks English. Showers have great hot water :)

Location is close to Puerto Madera

Luna Park is across the street. They often have music concerts, so very noisy till about 11pm

Very good location being near the bus terminal which was what i needed going between airports overnight

Room smelt awful, very stale and sweaty, perhaps the carpet or bedspreads were the cause. Bed very hard. Poor noise insulation. Breakfast was terrible, token effort.

Very close to Buquebus, subte and Mercado Leon stops

Old facilities and little care, for example during the breakfast the bread had mould and none from the staff seemed to care

What can you expect for such an lowbudget.Good for one night.The neighberhood is very poor and outdated

Great location, near Puerto Madero and casa rosada. Easy to get. The staff is nice

Constant noise during the night (from the ACs I guess). The price seems inflated due to be on the city center

Location and Staff, Beatriz and Pacha are excellent!!!!!!
