breakfast was simple but ok, location is good. internet was a little flaky but acceptable

checkout at 10am is too early. after extending my stay due to circumstances for 4 more days, they did not even allow me to checkout at noon without charging me for half a day.

The wifi connection is really unstable and the elevators, apart from looking really fragile, take a long time to get to the reception.

I liked the location, the buffet breakfast, the staff in the day.

The lobby and eating area were very nicely decorated and looked fresh.

We picked a basic room and it was BASIC! No pictures on the walls, in fact the one wall looked like it had been thru a huge beer party. Our room had an old desk, one chair and a TV. The window looked out to other buildings. It didn't match what the lobby looked like.

Breakfast needed hot breakfast meat.The bathroom was hard to move around with the bidet.Our arrival flight was delayed to arrive 3a the morning after original check in date. I advised the hotel to go ahead and still charge my credit card for the 2nts, to ensure our room is not cancelled and we can get our room when we get to the hotel early morning. Hotel replied, credit card will be charged at check in. We arrived hotel early the next morning at 5a, I advised the reception guy to charge for 2nts, since we were supposed to check in yesterday, but we want our room now and we check out tomorrow morning. Apparently, he only charged us one night Check in today 5a and check out today 10a......When we got back from a long day tour, we were locked out of our room. Went to front desk, we were told we need to pay another night. I advise them i told that guy we checked in with at 5a to charge 2nights, because we check out tomorrow...he didn't. Sooooo, he charged me for a room from 5a until 10a the same day! WHAT A JOKE! Front desk needs to take notice on dates and charge correct amounts.

A good hotel in the centre of Buenos Aires. the decor is a little on the tired side, but everything worked and the staff were very helpful.

When we checked in and got to our room, we found it small (but just fine for 2 people and we weren't going to spend much time there) and there was an issue with the toilet flushing. Since it was very late we addressed the issue in the morning and were promptly moved to another room which was bigger and the bathroom was updated. The breakfast provided was very good and there was a wide variety to choose from. The front desk was very helpful in giving directions and setting up a tango show with transportation.

I can honestly say there wasn't anything I didn't like. The hotel is a bit older and it showed in the rooms but for the value (which was excellent) we were very pleased.

Reasonable price and good location for the ferry terminal plus that end of town. Room was a decent size and while dated was fine.

There were 2 lifts which when I was there got stuck a few times with people trapped for a minute or two. Didn't feel comfortable being inside. My room was next to the lift which made it v noisy..not from people but the mechanics of the lift!

Breakfast reasonably good value for the money and location is good.

They charged me extra $21 just for misplacing the room entry card key.Which is horrible.It was just a pity card which other hotels issue you multiple times free of charge if you misplace.Room entry mobile app doesn’t work properly.
