Great accommodation in the Recoleta area of Buenos Aires. Convenient comfortable stay close of all the major areas in BA. Clean and comfortable.

The bathroom was updated and clean.

The bedding was stained. There were not enough waste baskets in the room and we should have been given more than one roll of toilet paper for three people.

Good rooms, great shower.

Breakfast fee was hiked more than 50% without any warning. When I asked about it I was told I had the choice not to take the service which I found a rude answer considering I was staying for 5-6 days. Not an easy choice when travelling with an elderly and kidsOn top of that you cannot serve yourself you are very limited on the quantity you eat as there is a person who serves you and controls what people consumeThere is the air system located outside but right next to the rooms and it makes quite a noise that is noticeable at night when the building is quiet therefore making ir hard to sleep wellI was disappointed as I had expected a better service for what we paid.

Hotel have a great location. Walking distance to main streets. Have stores around and safe area.

Staff could improve their English for international customers. Also hotel needs some physical improvements

The bed was comfortable

The pictures are misleading. Old furniture. Outdated lift. The air conditioner was noisy, need repairing Eventhought you have a buffet breakfast you are not allowed to take your foods freely. Not variation in the menu. I do not recommend this hotel.

Very friendly and professional multilingual staff, excellent location.It's a great hotel and place to stay in central CABA.

There were no safe in the room for storing valuables. Also wish there were a wastebin/garbage bin in the bedroom.Breakfast was good although not abundant with vegetables.

Location comfy bed and big tv air con also great. Night time staff really friendly and helpful.

The hotel is not the best quality. Soap dispenser and toilet roll holder falling off the walls. Had to move rooms due to shower not draining and over flowing. Breakfast isn’t the best.

Walking distance from city center

Door handle was rusty and the door was hard to close without having to slam it. The garbage can in the toilet paddle was broken. Cover had to stay open. The TV placement was irregular so it was impossible to watch from the bed.

Location was good, good neighborhood close to the subway. Employees were very helpful

The bedroom was small, as was the sink (did not have space to leave objects). The elevator was too oldBy seeing the pictures and comments showed in Booking, we were disappointed when we entered our rooms, they looked smaller and not so modern as shown in the pictures

The staff was very helpful. The room was very clean and with enough space to feel comfortable. The location is also great, just a few steps far from Teatro Colon.

There was an annoying smell in the room despite the fact that it was very clean. Also the breakfast was really basic, for example there were only scrambled eggs, whereas there could also be a boiled or a fried option. I would also like some option for children in the TV, like Netflix or disney.

Position and cleanliness

Attention to the customers is low. I asked for information about a transfer before my arrival and they did not answer.

Nice location, big and clean room

There were some issues with the payment and I informed the staff we would arrive at 5pm to pay in person.They told us "Les comento que solamente nos quedan 2 habitaciones para la venta, en caso de que se vendan antes de las 15 hs, vamos a necesitar el pago de su habitacion. De todos modos aguardaremos. Les estaremos avisando"We had been at the same hotel 2 weeks before so they should have known we were to be trusted. Anyway, we arrived at 5 and luckily they didn't sell the room.Furthermore, the door lock on the first night didn't work properly and someone opened our door by mistake.

Location is the only thing I liked

Online check in was advised for quick entry, but meant nothing as everything had to be filled manually again. Room does not have basic amenities like tea kettle, water bottles etc. Room gates are jammed, taps are broken, lift is messy, breakfast is average.

The conservation of the main hall and the breakfast areas are very good.Room has a good space and the bed is very comfortable.

When you go deeper inside the hotel you realize that it is outdated and some stuffs need maintenance.In my bathroom it was possible to see many things to be fixes (the sink had a problem and apparently was fixed- but the fix appearance was terrible). there was a black stain in the middle of the bathroom floor. Plastic curtain in the shower (i don’t like this model because it kept stiching on me all the time). There was a drain near the toilet and one day it flooded with shower foam.Had an issue about the preprocess amount on hold but was solved after a considerable amount of time (not sure about How long they take to view and reply the messages).

I like the location and that it offered a breakfast option. I was able to take the buses in the area to get around.

I would have like different options for breakfast since I spent 2 weeks there.

The location and the staff were really nice.

The room was very basic, a little bit old but everything was clean and for one night it was everything that I needed.

Staff were helpful and even though we arrived well before check in time got us quickly into a room for a nominal early check in charge. Room was quiet, clean and beds comfortable.

Breakfast was minimal, barely adequate. Room deficiencies mounted up. Toilet seat won't stay up. No sink plug. Shower floor surface and marble bath floor surface made for slippery hazard when wet. Safe doesn't work. Drapes don't close well.
