Location, appearance, friendly staff, breakfast

It is a solid hotel and i loved my big room and the breakfast. The shower is hot and has amazing pressure which is important for me. The reception desk is very helpful and you can change USD there. I would come back any time!

Some small things surprised me: there is no kettle in the room, nor cups, instant coffee or tea. I had to borrow a kettle at the reception desk.

First night we had a room facing a loud club that runs all night and morning, it was hard to sleep and rest. But the staff was accommodating and we switched for the rest of the stay to the quiet side.

Most property well-maintained with helpful staff, and comfortable and clean rooms.

Everything was good, but not exceptional, it is typically a hotel for a business trip.The last day of our stay, a group of American went to bed very late and made a lot of noise for several minutes leading me to consider that the noise insulation of the rooms are not good enough.

Asked for a quiet room, had a quiet room, thank a lot for that.Good location : Neighbourhood is much more local than San Telmo areaSome good restaurants at walking distance.

The location. It was a pretty average neighborhood with quite a bit of rubbish on the streets. Plus there was a disco beside the hotel and music could be heard until the early hours. Also the price I paid with booking was 20.000 pesos more expensive than the daily rate published at reception.

4 days same breakfast. Not much variation.

Breakfast was all Cisco products--I was disappointed. The coffee was good, as was the fruit salad. The women in reception were exceptionally good and helpful.

The guys at reception were not particularly good or helpful. One was so dumb that he caused us a lot of unnecessary anxiety--he was a waste of space and did not seem to be a "regular". The bellmen were not so hot either.

We were never sure what food was available in an evening, only groups could use the restaurant. We did have a bar snack one evening but from a limited menu

Clean, bright, friendly hotel. Good bathrooms and very clean rooms.

Location was poor. Wasn't near anything useful apart from Carrefour expresses. Cleaners claimed we had used the minibar, but reception cancelled this straight away.

Very clean, the staffs are very polite and kind. The best shower ever that I have taken!!! Gorgeous bathroom, nice bed and pillow, that’s not a room that is a loft!! Very good!

The neighbor is not amazing, but the Hotel make the worth ok!

Room was very clean and they were very nice to give us a crib for our baby.

Apparently there is a night club just beside the hotel, and if you don't know it: night clubs in Argentina start around 3-4 am and continue till 8 am. So during our stay there was a very loud music coming from this club from 4 am till 8 am and we literally could not sleep at all till morning. When we asked from front desk, they said yeah we know it but we can't do anything about it!!!Also breakfast was very bad, so consider it basically just a coffee.

The floor I was on was quiet and the wifi was good. There was a minor issue with the connection dropping but once the front desk was notified they had someone come and fix it right away! They were great with communicating and the cleaning staff cleaned my room after I left for DINNER one night. it was great.

It's too expensive compare to pther hotels around the area and the have other fees such as parking and others that they do not mention until you are doing check out

Very clean hotel. Helpful staff and friendly. Modern facility. Free WiFi. Generous breakfast. Very secure and safe. They follow strict COVID-19 protocols.

Lack of hot water in that room (only lukewarm). Had I stayed there more than one day I would have been more concerned, but since it was a quick stay, not a major issue.
