NH Collection Buenos Aires Crillon

Upon arriving at the hotel I was told they were oversold due to construction and were moving me to a sister property. They said they were paying for my transportation to the sister property but did not. The sister property was not in the area I selected

location is great, close to many attractions

it's a little dated and needs to be remodeled, rooms are dark, flooring needs to be cleaner-looking, it's stained.

Lots of confusion when checking out. Staff said we still needed to pay for room even though the room was prepaid. Although we were allowed to leave without paying we were under the impression we would still have to pay again for the room. Disappointing.

Location is awesome, staff is friendly, breakfast is decent but it was the same for 3 days in a row, I couldn't stand it on the 4th day

It is kind of noisy due to its proximity to the America's avenue, some things need maintenance since they are showing their age, the mattress is way to soft

They suddenly switched off the AC for all rooms in the hotel and refused to switch it back on only because some visitors complained that the AC was cold

the rooms are nice, the location of the hotel is excellent.a big plus is the people at the reception who are lovely.We enjoyed the warmth with which we were welcomed, especially by the gentleman at the reception.it was a wonderful stay

Room was very small. My husband and I were traveling together and there wasn't enough space for our 2 suitcases. A friend traveling alone was given a suite even though I made all the reservations.

Accommodating with the luggage storage. Receptionists are very friendly. Great breakfast.

The hotel has everything you can expect from a good hotel: service was good, rooms are clean, everything works properly, location is great, breakfast, and the staff working there, are exceptional.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The workers were very polite.

Our room had a musty smell which finally went away the last day. The hallway smelled too.

Staff is very nice and polite! Location is great, in the middle of all things you should see and do in BA.

Cleaniness lacked, bathroom is small.

They should serve better coffee for breakfast. It was not very good at all: bitter coffee in a plunger. Such a contrast to the norm in Buenos Aires.

The tap in the sink in my room needed fixing: it was very stiff.
