central location and good value for money

underground parking is on a pedestrian street which was painful to drive in or out.

Very comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff and the location is optimal.

I missed more variaty of cheeses and cold cuts for breakfast (e.g. serrano ham, bacon, sausage)

The location and the staff is very friendly

I was very disappointed that the hotel did not allow us to use an iron. I had an important meeting the morning after my arrival, but my clothes were wrinkled, which was quite embarrassing. In addition, even though I specifically requested a quiet room after a 13-hour journey, I was unable to get any rest because the rooms were extremely noisy.

The hotel has a great central location, and the facilities are decent—though not quite up to four-star standards. The room was clean and had all the basic amenities. Overall, a good price-to-quality ratio.

The hotel appears to have seen better days. Wi-Fi connectivity was slow, and the room’s furniture felt low-quality. The ceiling clearly needed a fresh coat of paint to address visible water stains and mold. Most importantly, the air conditioning is centrally controlled, so you can’t adjust the temperature in your room—making it uncomfortably hot at night.

Spacious rooms located next to Florida Street in the City Center. Great value plus extremely friendly staff.

They let us change the room, as the first one had a smell - we believe it has not been in use for a while.

Very good location, quite nice bed, strong wi-fi connection. A great value for the price we paid (roughy 45 EUR at black market rate - it would be around 55 EUR at the official rate)

1. I find it very old style that - before letting you check-out - they ask the cleaning lady to check that nothing is stolen from the room. 2. The lady at the reception was quite distant and bored to the point of seeming annoyed at our presence. She performed her tasks of registering us and charging our card, but without any smile or any attempt to help us. It is a personal thing - the two gentlemen we interacted with at the reception were nice - but still a poor level of customer service that makes all of a difference in the perception of a customer.Overall relatively minor issues. For the price I paid, I would certainly stay there again.
