Friendly staff all over the facilities! Spacious rooms and nice rooftop pool

The room that I had for 3 days when I got to BsAs was very big ,the front desk personal was ok , the breakfast was pretty bad ,whole fruits ,no even seasonal cut fruits

Location was very good; city is very walkable. One of the staff members was very nice.

One of the staff members seemed instantly annoyed with us, it made us a bit uncomfortable.

The breakfast was tasty and varied, but it was the same every day. Staying for 14 days, this became a bit repetitive.

It is has a nice entrance and lobby. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a rooftop pool.

Bathroom was very outdated. Gym very basic.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the facilities are not bad

It is clearly, and by far, not a 5 Star hotel. It could be, being generous a solid four start, but even that is a stretch. Imagine a hotel where the curtains don't stop the light from coming into the room when you try to sleep, where the bathroom gets all wet when you shower, where the breakfast is basic, at best, and then give 5 start to it. I could mention dozen of hotels around the world that would deserve ten stars if this is a five stars hotel.

Very disappointing, this is not a 5 star hotel. The room was OK, but dirty and dusty first day. The rooftop with swimming pool is not accessible for guests with fear of heights and not properly maintained. The breakfast is mediocre. The restaurant is without daylight and boring. The service of the reception was ok during our stay. But they refused to reply on my mails asking for help to forward a letter. Not even after several reminders. Very, very, disappointing !!

It's very near to the center and the rooms were perfect. The staff was nice and they helped me with everything.

Facilites are completely spoiled ! The smell of the corridors is bad, the shower gets clogged, the doors inside are falling apart.Just disappointing, how is this a 4 star hotel?

Excellent and attentive staff, rooms were comfortable with lots of space and the location is perfect for the city. Great restaurants near by and easy to walk to the centre’s hot spots.

The room I was assigned upon arrival was vastly different from the photos advertised online. It had carpeting throughout, which was problematic given my severe allergies. While the staff did move me to another room upon request, it was of little help as the entire property—including the gym—featured carpeting.After just one night, my allergies were exacerbated, likely due to the air conditioning, which I suspect is poorly maintained. The situation was so uncomfortable that I had no choice but to cut my stay short. Disappointingly, the hotel refused to refund the remaining two nights of my booking.While the service was passable, the breakfast was underwhelming, offering limited variety and lacking quality. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

The breakfast buffet was very poor in choice and quality for a 5 star, which was extremely disappointing.

The room was perfect.Location, close to the Local Airport, as I need it.I did no thave the opportunity to use this service as my flight was really early. A suggestion would be to ask the guess if they are not going to use this service to exclude from the rate or provide a "convenient breakfast bag".

Very clean hotel. The room is very spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast is complete and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The pool is not too deep and was perfect for my kids. They were very happy about the pool. There is a supermarket directly opposite the hotel which is very convenient.

The staff is great but when I got there my booking seemed to be lost and my room was not ready. The hotel had a confirmation email of my booking but could not find it in their system. Even though I had a confirmation from booking.com for a late checkout at 2p.m. (one of the main reasons I selected the room), they had to give me a different room and my checkout was at 12p.m. Apart from this, it was a great stay.
