Regente Palace Hotel

The place is super old and gross. The A/C registers are original, so dirty , filthy, of course I had to turn and that gross filthy dirty register fed the air to the room.

Friendliness of staff.

Advertised free airport transportation.That is not true.We had to pay about $75 in taxi fares both to and from the airport.

The free breakfast and the value.

WiFi was free only in the lobby and extremely slow.

The property has a good location and the staff was friendly.

The room was not clean, there was dust, and the bathroom had mold. There was even a sock from a previous guest in the furniture. It also smelled damp, and the breakfast was not very varied.

Location was OK.

The hotel is old, dark and falling apart. The bathroom was very dirty. Staff was also unfriendly.

The location was perfect for us. Lots of places to walk to and also close to public transport.

It really needs an upgrade. Our safe didn’t work and the toilet seat was broken. The carpets in the hallways were threadbare in parts.

I DIDN'T LIKE THE HOSPITALITY, CORDIALITY AND EVEN LESS THE FRIENDLINESS OF THE STAFF. ONLY ONE OF THE FIVE STAFF IS FRIENDLY TO THE CUSTOMERS.I DIDN'T LIKE THE ROOM, I FOUND MOLD ON THE WALLS.I DIDN'T LIKE THE BATHROOM.I DIDN'T LIKE THE BREAKFAST. VERY REPETITIVE FOR THOSE WHO STAY FOR A LONG TIME.IT COULD START TO IMPROVE BY HAVING NATURAL JUICES.THE HOTEL COULD PROVIDE INITIATIVES FOR BETTER INTERNAL LEISURE FOR CUSTOMERS. EVERYTHING WE CAN FIND IN RELAXATION WE HAVE TO SEARCH ON GOOGLE, READ, ASK THIRD PARTIES AND WE WILL NEVER FIND WAYS INSIDE WHERE WE ARE STAYING.SAD FACT

The location is central and easy to find as a tourist. The breakfast is quite good, except if you order eggs you must order them and pay for them separately. The room was for three, the beds were comfortable, cleanliness was excellent, and the restaurant staff was excellent, always attentive and ready to help.

We really liked the attention of the restaurant staff and the cleanliness of the rooms, Breakfast is included in the price. You do not pay for table service, unlike many others in the same sector where you must pay for it.

Friendly staff as always. Great location.

Not a four star hotel

The toilet door did not lock. The toilet seat and cover was broken. Bad lighting in the room

Immediately upon arriving at the hotel, the receptionist was extremely friendly and professional. In fact, all receptionists there were exceptional and made me feel very welcome.They have a WhatsApp account if you needed anything. They assisted printing off a flight boarding card for me when asked.There's a 15min walk up to the cities rural wildlife bird sanctuary and a huge walk running alongside. Great to escape the hustle and bustle for a short time.

Everything was great. Breakfast was a little uninspiring with no hot food (as to be expected)Everything else was great.

room was recently updated but others our friends stayed in were not and very dated ie dark brown bathroom sink etc.

Room...Very poor lighting, can't read a book.Halls...old threadbare carpets and dark.Main areas...dated, chipped paintwork, cracked tilesJust run down!

Breakfast is normal but the waiter and waitress made the difference with their kindness. The location is good if you want to get to know the city. The hotel is super old and needs to update. Expensive.

I couldn´t change my reservation, because of Booking and the hotel didn´t help much. The room was different than the ones showed in the pictures. Too expensive for what they offer.

Comfortable bed , good location

Finger prints on bathroom door. Coffee or possibly blodd Splash on back of entrance door. Bath tub too short. Exposed wires on bathroom light. Safe box has no key. Cannot select a list of TV channels on the TV.

Breakfast is limited but adequate. The staff are great. Location is perfect to see Buenos Aires

Breakfast was good. Customer service was good. Good location downtown Buenos Aires.

The beds were not confortable.

Great value for money. Great location to walk. Local restaurants close by. Comfortable room. 24hr front desk as we flew in late. Good communication. Lovely breakfast. Really recommend this hotel.

Mosquitoes in the room despite aircon but mosquitoes everywhere in Buenos Aires. Generally hotel could do with a refresh.
