Great location, Clean room, Comfortable bed.

Minor issue - shampoo dispenser didn't work. No conditioner.

I liked the location and also that it has laundry services. The room was very nice with a spacious area. It has it's only balcony area as well.

You could hear noise from other rooms

According to the listing, the property appeared to have proper reception and standard check-in services. However, when we arrived at approximately 12:00 a.m., there was no 24-hour reception, contrary to what was implied. Only a security guard was present, who did not speak any English and was not part of the accommodation staff.The key card provided to us did not work. The security guard was unable to issue a new card or assist further, as he was not authorized to do so. As a result, the check-in process was extremely frustrating and took approximately one hour before we were finally able to access the rooms.Additionally, one of the rooms booked as a triple room contained only a double bed, which was not as advertised.We were informed that the accommodation’s administration only operates from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., meaning that none of these issues could be resolved at the time. Once inside the room, we were effectively unable to leave, as no functioning key card could be issued and no staff member was available to assist. The security guard could not change rooms or provide any solution.This experience caused significant stress and inconvenience, particularly given the late arrival time. The situation does not reflect the information presented on Booking.com and falls well below acceptable hospitality standards.

Spacious room and great location.However, there was no daily housekeeping; during my stay the room was cleaned only twice.Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel overall.Also, they did not provide the airport taxi service that was advertised on the booking website.

The TV was very basic and not able to play streaming services, but this was just a minor inconvenience.

Very clean, very comfortable. The bed is really comfortable. The location is convenient for exploring Recoleta and close to the subway.

The office/reception hours are limited on weekends and evenings. The pool was closed for our whole stay.

Spacious room, with a kitchen, and a large comfy bed. Security at the reception is available 24 hours a day. The neighborhood (Recoleta) is safe and has multiple attractions.

The Internet had its ups and downs, although it generally worked okay. Some items in the room had a few issues, such as the reading lights next to the bed.

Location, convenience, value, safety. The rooms are comfortable and perfectly equipped. If you travel with children this is a great option to a hotel

The security at night was rude. They should train everyone in basic manners. Security desk during the day was stellar, kind and very helpful.

It is modern, clean, good bed, nice bathroom and towels. Luminous, natural light and quiet area. Location is very nice.Staff very responsive. We need to stay another two days in BA and we decided to back to ARC Arenales .

Nothing. Everything is good! Just be aware that in the suite for 4 the bedroom is not totally separated, but only in part from the rest of the apartment, just like it shows in the pictures.

The accommodation is in an ideal location in Recoleta, the studio itself was spacious, clean with everything you could need. The only slight issue was that the WiFi connection could be slightly temperamental however this was our experience across multiple accommodations in Argentina and I would still recommend staying here.

Great location, many restaurants, cafes, and stores in the vicinity. Safe area. Spacious apartment. The small kitchen corner in the apartment was very useful for longer stays. Cleaning services every three days was also good. I could not use the wash machines in the basement. Cash (Argentinian pesos) are required to buy tokens from the office. The office is open only during the office hours. By the time I had cash and found the office open, they didn’t have any tokens left! Luckily there was a laundry shop across the apartment open every day and long hours with reasonable prices.
