The bathroom was small and the bathtub didn’t feel clean.

Modern, well appointed rooms. Great bathrooms, needs. Lots of space in room on 9th floor with balcony and views of the city.

Mediocre breakfast - can be better. Customer service lacking warmth and attention - in front lobby and at breakfast.

We arrived very late at night and were welcomed by a friendly receptionist. Conveniently close to the airport. Very clean and comfortable. Good early breakfast.

The room was great. I liked the extra sink in the main room. We booked 3-twin beds, the beds were great, they each had 3 pillows per bed, which I appreciated. The rooftop pool was a great perk. Checkout was at 12pm, and breakfast was also served until 12pm. The breakfast options were fine; this is more of a convenience than an outstanding experience.

Nothing to be upset about at all. Some small feedback: it would be nice to have facial tissues available in the washroom, but toilet paper worked just fine. Another small thing that would add value: I really liked the water station on the main floor, but at the time of my check in, the water station was room-temperature/warm. I think it would be nice if the water was always cool. Maybe replenished with ice on a semi-regular basis if that is feasible.

Polite staff at the reception, excellent location to explore Palermo, a nice hotel lobby.

The worst part was that on the day of our departure they threw some kind of crazy party with insanely loud music right above us on the 10th floor where gym is located (we were on the 9th). Our flight was at midnight, so we wanted to get some rest before the flight, but in the end it was not just impossible to sleep - it was impossible to stay in the room at all. Nobody warned us, nobody apologized, nothing at all. I think this is really disrespectful to the guests. Also, there was a somewhat unpleasant smell in the room, but that felt like a minor issue compared to this nightmare.

Excellent CS, I felt safe (when we saw people walking kids, walking dogs) you can’t ask for anything better. Huge breakfast.

The property was cleaned, we walked to eat dinner, after all we felt very safe.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was amazing. I loved the neighborhood. The breakfast was delicious, plenty and convenient hours. Rooms very clean and spacious.

Some construction nearby, but no big deal.

The woman at front desk was nice enough to randomly upgrade our room, which was a nice surprise, location was good, bed was comfortable, and the room we had was nice.

I thought it was odd that there was no lotion (I know it’s weird thing, but I kind of expected it from a 4 star hotel), the pool was very cold and not in good condition, the breakfast was not good (the milk I drank was expired (I told this to front desk and they were astonished)) and the chia pudding also was expired, the TV remote in the room was not working well at all and was causing a lot of stress..

Great location, nice rooms, good staff, good breakfast. A modern hotel in Palermo near the main attractions in the neighborhood.

The price. It was my choice for the location, I wanted to stay near the start line of the half marathon, but was very expensive.

Staff was wonderful at reception and dining. Free coffee at the front desk was appreciated with the jet lag.Room gives space to rest and recover.

We had a persistent pungent odour. Like a sweaty man had been there before us. We changed rooms to the floor below but the smell only got slightly less. It was enough to keep me up. We perfumed the area but not cool!We later found an old wooly sock under my bed but not the source of the smell. An odd thing happened where our safe locked us out. Was someone trying to open the safe? We lock up all valuables, but on returning I am missing full new lipstick.Gym equipment is in desperate need of repair. Treadmill and elliptical is stiffThere was only one English channel on TV. Microwave in room would be wonderful.We packed costumes to swim but the pool was closed. I wish they mentioned that at booking.The timing of cleaning of rooms could be better

Very comfortable beds and beautiful rooms.

The pool and rooftop area wasn’t open as apparently it’s closed from March. I wish we’d known about that as it was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel.

The staff was outstanding! Very helpful, and super nice. Size of bedrooms were great and loved having a kettle in our room. The cleaning lady was also fantastic!

The room was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast was diverse and very generous with fresh options. Location is safe and nice to walk around. Very short cab ride from the BA city airport.

Old building, old bathroom… the worst shower ever! Not very friendly staff! Not very helpful!

Very comfortable one night stay in The Dazzler.

There are two Dazzler hotels in Palermo, one called ‘Palermo’ and the other is ‘Polo’. We took a taxi from the airport to the ‘Palermo’ because we knew that we were staying in a Dazzler in the Palermo area. Our reservation was in ‘Polo’. A bit frustrating that they don’t have distinct names.

The hotel was nice and very modern. Our room was huge and the large bed was very comfy. Staff were friendly and the lobby featured a water tank which was perfect after a long, hot day exploring.

Breakfast was consistently nice but crowded and the same every morning. The gym and pool look larger online but in reality the gym is 3 machines and the pool has no lounge chairs, so feels very disjointed. Location is fine but quite a walk if wanting to be near good Palermo restaurants or bars.
