Cons -
- I don¿t like to stay in hotels with visible molds in the rooms. Don¿t like to stink from the sewer gas coming out out the toilet drains. Don¿t like the flies and bugs this attracts. The ceilings and walls were cracked and peeling from water damage.
- It has seen much better days! Facility is old and unkept. Bed room was sad.
- Way too expensive for the quality of rooms, cleanliness

Really comfy beds and pillows and blankets. Shower was nice and hot. Double sink in the bathroom was cool. Fridge and air con and outer courtyard bit. All really cool.
The internet was a bit intermittent unfortunately
the location is pretty decent as there are restaurants and cafes all around as well as one of those bike rent places just around the corner
some of the furniture is a little bit worn
The only good thing about this hotel is the location.
It is a run down hotel that I booked deceived by the pictures. From the moment you enter the lobby is like entering a house of terror. The rooms are not only outdated but poorly maintained; chipped paint on the walls, toilets and lights that don’t work, mould in the shower, stained sheets and towels, uncomfortable bed, and the list goes on…
It is a pretty nice location in downtown Buenos Aires. The Hotel is staffed 24 hrs. with easy access to the building. It is clean.
The hotel bills itself as a 4 star hotel and the reality of it is that it is far from it. Its rates are high and the relationship quality/price is not very good. The beautiful illustrations that this hotel puts in websites don't really reflect the reality of the building which is old and in need of severe repairs. Additionally, its staff needs to be trained on the policy of paying in dollars or in pesos because there seems to be a great deal of confusion on the subject.
big room, good location, friendly staff, allowed early check in.
Closecto downtownNice wifi
NoisySafe not workingNo breakfast available
The location is very good - you can walk easy anywhere you want. Close to the center - everything.
I was very dissapointed that I could not pay the hotel by credit card and the discussion about paying in US dollars or Pessos was little unfortunate...
Rooms are quite big. Clean and well maintained. Location is good. May restaurants and shops nearby.
Staff doesn't speak English at all. For Spanish speakers, no problem.
Big room and bathroom, well equipped, good Wifi for free, nice personal. Very clean and centrally located. Great bed with luxury linen and nice towels.
Interior a bit outdated, but classy and still great value.
Hotel location was good.
Beautiful pictures that this hotel puts in websites don't match the cleanliness and age of their building, which is misguiding for the customers (ps - the hotel is not cheap either). When you arrive, you find yourself in a very old building that needs major repairs, with stained showers and broken window. There were 2 sinks in the bathroom, but one could not be used because dirty water from the sink would be dripping on the bathroom floor. There is no food, restaurant, and anything in the hotel, in case you are hungry. I felt like we are being watched like we are going to steel something from the hotel. Its has absolutely horrible customer service, and almost non-existing WiFi. I would strongly recommend against staying in this hotel, if you don’t want your trip to Buenos Aires ruined. ??
The location of the Hotel was central and was very safe. Further there were lo of amenities around like shopping etc
No facility in the hotel at all.
