Hotel needs to look into putting in door damper so door do not bang shut and make noise. The door damper will slowly close the door.

Comfy and big rooms. Good location

Expensive for standard or non-special offerings within the hotel. Nothing stood out enough to justify pricing

Location, attentive staff, comfortable beds, clean facilities.

The room was under the restaurant, so noise started on Saturday and Sunday at 7 am.The elevator was very slow and the pastries in the morning breakfast were hard, they taste like they were from two days ago.

I liked the location and it ends there.

The staff were not accommodating at all. We asked for a late checkout because they informed us that we could possibly checkout at around 12:00 pm. The normal checkout ours was 10:00 am which is very early for most hotels . In general checkout is 11:00 am. Anyway they told us to ask for it on our day of departure. And so we did. Anna Paula at the reception granted us only 15 minutes. However as we were sitting at the lobby they checked in one guest at 11:00 am when the check in time was 2:00 pm. I know that hotel clerks have discretion about check in and checkout times. So she didn’t allow us to check out one hour later but yet she allowed another guest to check in 3 hours earlier. The fruit at the breakfast were all sub par. The oranges were sour , the pears were tasteless, the apples were mushy, the bananas were all overripe. This hotel couldn’t even provide complimentary bottled water .The rate was higher than surrounding lodgings . There is no value here.

Los of interaction with staff and all were excellent. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of eating places nearby and close to Palermo Soho.

Shower/bath was such that a good amount of water would get on the floor. Doors are very noisy, earplugs required.

No gym, but the hotel provides free tickets to a nearby gym.

Excellent location, comfortable bedrooms and high quality bed linen. Attentive staff. Spotless rooms.

Breakfast variety and quality could be improved. Water from the mini bar should be complimentary.

The hotel is fantastic, well located, with large king-size beds and quick check-in!The guy at the front desk was very helpful, and SANTIAGO and his colleague from the concierge was incredibly helpful in booking the best restaurants and tango clubs in Buenos Aires. The hotel is very modern and well appointed. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Most staff members are helpful and polite. Breakfast is abundant, and many choices are available, The location is very good... quiet, but near many restaurants and other facilities.

On our second booking for the night when we came back from the provinces, we had to wait for about 20 minutes to check in because there was nobody at the main desk. Apparently the bellboy was absent because of an illness and the only person that was supposed to be available was absent.

Bathroom was small. Shower floor was odd - seemed to slant into the middle.

Lovely bright and clean breakfast room. Front desk staff were helpful and accommodating.

The room was clean but needed some renovations, especially the bathroom. It appeared different in the photos.

Location fine. Room size good. Breakfast quite decent.

Absolutely zero character. Room interior like a hospital or prison. Totally bare. The lifts are half out of order so crazy long waits if you are on high floor. Staff uninterested.

Very welcoming and accommodating staff, and I had quite a few requests... I must thank them, as without their help with the taxi I might have missed my departure flight (Uber refused to take my order if paying with the card). I stayed in a large room with a very comfortable bed (best sleep I got in weeks!). I had a fine view on the pool side of the compound with nice neighbouring rooftops - there is a small balcony which may not be listed to the room details, but it allowed me perfectly to stargaze at night and enjoy my last night in Buenos Aires when a storm was raging in the distance. Breakfast was varied. The terrace is another nice part of the hotel (next to breakfast area) and accommodating even for remote work. Good wifi signal in the entire building. I noticed there are also dedicated workspace areas in the lobby. This hotel is located in a nice looking and safe area (I walked the streets alone around midnight to a nearby store and it was a lively and safe place), and as far as I could see, there are enough stores and markets and restaurants to everyone's taste. Overall, Dazzler Palermo is worth the money and I hope many people will enjoy their stay there, as least as much as I did!

Well maintained, great location and wonderful staff. Everyone at the front desk was really helpful and Max in particular made our stay very pleasant.

Room was simple but very comfortable. Bathroom was roomy and fully equipped. Very generous breakfast as well. Parking is always available (for an extra charge), which is very convenient in the neighborhood the hotel is located in. Neighborhood is safe and has many options for eating out. Staff at the hotel were very welcoming.

Nothing to add, it was a really good stay.
