Comfortable beds. Very clean rooms

Staff was not very friendly. But they were not rude

The location: close to the Subway and safe (police on every block 24/7). The staff was also helpful. Special shout out to very friendly and helpful.

The temperature control in the first room I booked did not work, so the room was a little warm for my liking, and the second room that I booked did not have USB charge ports like the first room did.

Great location.

The hotel looks great in the pictures, but in reality it is very old. There were stains on the walls, the furniture was old and dented (same for the bathtub), and the hot water had an issu where it would slowly reduce in debit to a trickle. Overall a very disappointing stay that DOES NOT justify the 4 stars.

The towels were not quite white, more grayish. The rooms are really tiny. When we checked out, the receptionist tried to charge 100$ more, but I refused because I've shown them the emails from Booking. Very rude, we argued 40 minutes about this.

The location is good.

Despite renting one of the most expensive rooms, I encountered multiple disappointments. The old AC produced a foul smell, the promised views were blocked by trees, and basic cleanliness was lacking, the bathroom door was dirty and the sheets were stained. Not the premium experience I paid for.

not so good staff and accommodations. Noise all night and air conditioning never worked. We reported it from day one and was never fix nor they change our room.

Furniture needs update

Well-located hotel nearby Obelisco, 10-min walking to the main tourist attractions. Gym has a good infrastructure.

My friend and I stayed in a room at EP level. The air-conditioning didn´t work well, the room was really hot. The bathroom door didn´t close and we had a table in our room just after asking for a staff.The gym despite the good infrastructure didn´t have any water refuel place. I had to leave the hotel to buy water and the exercise. Water is basics in a gym. Also it didn´t have alcohol or tissue to clean the equipment after using them.Regarding the staff in general I´d like to pointed out the lady that works during the afternoon, during the check in she didn´t explain basics about the hotel as wi-fi password, what time gym opens/close. Also we were in two person and she tried to provide only one key, we just received two keys after asking even though she said that was one-key per room which doesn´t make any sense. She was not polite with the guests, we tried to discuss with her about the room and the problems we were facing but she kept saying that was no room available and didn´t make any effort to try to accommodate us, she didn´t consider that we were going to stay 5 days.I did not recommend this hotel. The experience was not good.

Everything is excellent the view from the window in the rooms in the 05 line (705,805,905etc) is AMAZING. Love it, The hot water comes out instantly- no wait like in other placesthe location is one of the best in the centro area -1 block from avenida corrientes, 3 blocks from La valle and Florida.Right across from the Obelisk

Great location, you can see Obelisco from the hotel, walk 7min to start your morning having breakfast on at Café Tortoni, walk 10 minutes to Caje Florida for shopping (stores open around 10am). Also, you can go to Plaza de Mayo and Casa Rosada. We went to Puerto Madero also by walking, and then took an Uber to go back to the hotel. But over all, this hotel is great by its location.

No water is provided on the room. Also to buy it in the machine in the lobby, you need to download an app and create an account. I decided to go outside on the shop nearby as it was easier.

Great location right near the obelisk. Main attractions are all walkable. Nice building and the staff were friendly and spoke great English.

The room is big and has a refrigerator and safe. The location is excellent right in the middle of the city. The price is very reasonable. The hotel was ok for one night.

The hotel is very old and needs to be remodeled. Bed was uncomfortable.

I usually stay here whenever I’m in Buenos Aires. Love the location, the views to the city and the rooms.

It was alright. A minor complaint would be that there was only one power socket and it was located under the table far from the bed. Fortunately the receptionist lent me an extension cord.
