Cute hotel, nice and safe. The staff were super welcoming and kind!

We had to haul our luggage up a couple flights of stairs, doable, but enough that a lift would have been nice ?

There was a nice breakfast, the rooms were really good and the people at the hotel were also super friendly. I would recommend this place. The location is also quite good about a 10 min walk to San Telmo Market.

This is a charming hotel in a good location in San Telmo. Staff are super polite and responsive. The hotel is well ran and they serve nice although basic breakfast. We were happy with everything (including the cleanliness) except the size of our room - there was almost nowhere to put luggage or store items. We were a couple luckily travelling with small suitcases but we still struggled to make the room work in the short time we were there. For the rate per night (compared to other hotels in BA that are similar category), I would have honestly expected a slightly bigger room with more facilities to allow a comfortable stay.

Tastefully decorated. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was real good. Cafe con leche was very good. Fresh fruit, fresh orange juice,small cheese, cold cuts, delicious bread, good selection of jams, little egg "muffins'Staff very pleasant. Taxi transfers cheerfully arranged at reasonable cost.Cruise port fairly close by.Room faced courtyard.

Bath tub needed a rubber mat. Common area wasn't air conditioned. More powerful fans would've made it better.

Staff from all departments very friendly and helpful but especially front desk on all shifts. Hotel had character. Bed very comfortable and linens great. Great location for walking about San Telmo

No elevator. Rooms very small.

The staff is so helpful., they went above and beyond. We were attending a Tango show and the transfer was not arriving. They reached out to the show on our behalf and made sure we were picked up safely. Breakfast is also fantastic.

The bed was a little firm for me but that is a personal preference.

We were so pleased to be able to stay 4 nights at L’Adresse Hotel! The location in San Telmo was perfect, the hotel so very chaming, as well as clean, soundproofed, and well staffed. Great breakfast, and each one of the staff was very helpful and accomodating. Many thanks for everything!

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great feel and much character. There is parking available. The breakfast was delicious.

This is a nice property with very helpful staff, most especially Jazmin. Location was about 10 minutes walk from the San telmo market. Neighborhood always felt safe. There was a Lavadero down the street we used for laundry. Shower pressure is very good and beds are comfortable.

Many reviewers commented about the stairs. We didn’t mind them but we have no mobility issues.

The staff was very kind and helpful. They were timely and responsive to inquiries prior to my arrival and helped set up my transport from the airport. Staff accommodated my early arrival with a choice of rooms ready at check in. Their recommendations for local restaurants and experiences (e.g., tango show) were always solid. L'Adresse Hôtel Boutique is perfectly situated in San Telmo. There are multiple cafe and restaurant options within a block or two and it's an easy walk to many top attractions like San Telmo Market, El Zanjon de Granados, Museo de la Ciudad, Plaza del Mayo, etc.

Important to note that the property does not have an elevator.

We loved our 3 night stay here. We wanted to visit San Telmo market. It is very close walking distance. The staff very helpful they lent us a SUBE card that we loaded some money on it to visit BOCA by bus. The breakfast was delicious, also the coffee. The room was clean and and comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us navigate the city and have a wonderful experience. The location is great and the hotel is in a beautiful old building that is artistically decorated. The breakfast was delicious and substantial.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The staff, location, ambiance, breakfast and vibe made for two excellent days.
