We did not have air conditioning for 2 days, the central air conditioning was broken, the did not care about service to our needs. when we book the room they told us breakfast was included , but they told us NO! another dissapoiment.

only the location was good about it, the rest was a poor and very rude staff. They charge us 30 dollars to enter the hotel before checking time, that was all prepaid, we did not expect that spense.

it was dirty, room was samll, bed was terrible and the staff was very rude.I asked for a electicity converter and they said they werent forced by law to give me anything. It was late and i needed to charge. This is not a 4 star Hotel. Insects in bathroom.

The location and staff made it a much better experience. Specially Vanesa, she truly helped us and other guest with questions about getting around in public transport , dinning options and safety while out and about .

Limited breakfast, check in staff a bit aloof and two people gave us separate values of City Tax, and bathroom needs a good upgrade in toiletries.

amazing location, very nice doorman. the main thing is, they seemed to keep it clean enough to not trigger my allergies. every other airbnb/hotel i stayed in had me coughing all night, not here

internet could have been better, they kept putting me in rooms with no view

The hotel location is good. Other than that, there is nothing noteworthy. The rooms are very small. Not as clean as required. The furniture is old and needs to be replaced. There are problems with the air conditioning.

Excellent area near many shops and restaurants .

My view from the room was fantastic , view to el obelisco and 9 de julio avenue.Front desk , door employees and restaurant all the best , very polite and friendly . Also silvana the room clean lady very sweet person . Thank u all will be back !!

Loved the location. You can walk to the most popular landmarks. Many restaurants too. The big obelisk is right in front. The view at night is amazing

We arrived about 9:30 AM. There was a room available however I had to pay $35 extra to go in early. I thought this was a bit absurd cause that was over half of what I paid for the room.

Size of the room and absence of tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which is a standard feature even in the most simplest of hotels.

Extremely small room and very dark. Booked Standard Double or Twin room, but got one single bed instead. Loudly AC sounds from outside.

Situation of hotel. Good location.

When l arrived, i was given a room on 7th floor with wind loudly rattling a damaged panel on the balcony. When I informed the person at reception I was told to go to my room and wait for someone to inspect it.I had just arrived off a flight. I had to request a room change,which was reluctantly given with no word of apology.Not good enough. Also I had requested a double bed. Made to do with a single. l have paid LESS money in S.America and been given much better service than I received at this hotel. Would I go back? I don’t think so.
