Savoy Hotel

Centrally located, historic, staff is friendly without being overly friendly. Very professional. Location is ideal, you can walk to every corner of the city or go to a nearby subway station if you don?t want to take a cab.

The location was great very centrally located in the downtown area. The staff were courteous and helpful.

The WiFi was awful, constantly dropping coverage no matter what the staff did. The room hallways were creaky, dingy and not particularly clean after years of wear and tear. The two tiny elevators could only accommodate a total of four people and one seemed to be under constant maintenance. The focus of the hotel seemed to revolve around its ornate lobby and dining room areas which were impressive.

The Savoy exceeded our expectations for a hotel in Central BA. The front desk staff could not have been more helpful in helping us navigate the city and find good restaurants! The rooms were cool, comfortable and super quiet. Breakfast was excellent with traditional breakfast foods and a wide selection of breads, pastries, fruits and beverages. Overall, staying at the Savoy was an excellent experience.

We booked the room to sleep only for eight hours and asked not to be disturbed however the front desk kept calling our room for like an hour over and over again

Savoy Hotel is Art historic hotel, beautiful arquitectura, great location nice staff!

We were little desipointed at the arrival with the no show of the taxi pick up at the airport, but the explain there were a missed communication with the company of taxi. But they apologize and upgrade us, which was on expected and nice, they also give me the option of a late check out wich was also nice because of our late fly, then also the option of over bags storage, overall it was a great experience, highly recommend Savoy hestoric Hotel ? ? ♥️

this is a hotel for South Americans the staff were excellent - Carlos, Xavier and Alexandrowe had to ask for a change in room to get street view no English-speaking TVThe Bar area is exceptional the Breakfast was very good

Charming and classic architecture. Great hotel, they let us check in early, kept our luggage for us to stroll through the neighborhood. Room is very nice and spacious, breakfast was quite good. Great stay overall! Its close to obelisco as well.

Beautiful hotel that was walkable to downtown attractions. Room was large enough for our family of four. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They arranged transportation, provided advice on activities, and assisted with almost every question that this dumb American tourist freshly arriving in Argentina had. Breakfast was also great. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Just friendly staff

Every thing from first getting room they give me room like jail widow dark then I complain got room 118 when we went there it was very cold after few times calling some 1 show up houres later and said heater not working then in the middle of night we change to 218. Then in the morning we notice our internet gets disconnected we came back night we called them and we notice that part of hotel always have Wi-Fi problem 1 of staff told us even the owner knows about it and dont don’t do any thing about it we didn’t have Wi-Fi. And about breakfast we went there even 1 houre befor finishing time most stuff was finished or maybe they didn’t want boder to refill see the picture hotel also needs upgrades floor and rooms. Overall was very bad stay for us and we enjoy first hotel we stay for 3 days but this 1 was disaster. Stay away from this hotel
