Didn’t like the small TV, the lack of fridge and that the window door didn’t close properly

Very comfy bed, friendly staff, 24 hour check in and they were accomodating when we arrived at 1am due to a delayed flight, also let us store bags and check out late.

There were a lot of ants in the bed in both of the rooms my friends and I had.

Not only was my room huge and the bed super comfortable but the large heavy doors that you can close at night to block out street and hall noise were amazing. The breakfast spread was fantastic and the pool delightful at the end of the day to cool down in. Thanks.When I left something in the room - they worked extra hard to ensure it would reach me safely.

location is great to taste more local restaurants, bars and great located to commute to different attractions

Located right in Palermo, with all the bars and restaurants in a walking distance. The breakfast is good with plenty of options.

Everything is getting a bit old, the sink is in the bedroom instead of the bathroom. The pool is not heated so not in use during winter. This is not a boutique hotel but still a good choice with good value for money.

Beautiful boutique hotel, very clean with fantastic staff offering smiles and guidance. Excellent breakfast, and a romantic balcony. Special thanks to Erica and Nancy at the reception. Thanks for your support when I had business meetings, making all those arrangements. Thanks also to Paula for the tips and smiles during breakfast. We will be back!!!

It was.clean and nice looking

When we arrived they didn't have the room that we booked so we got a lower quality one. At 3 am in the morning some strangers entered our room while we were sleeping. It ended up being a mistake from the reception crew.

Everything was great, walking location to anywhere in Palermo Soho (restaurants, shopping, nice streets, bar etc) Breakfast was amazing, pool also great. Good room size

I really liked the staff. The clerk from Venezuela was very helpful with everything from pouring drinks to booking great tours to ordering transportation to airport. Safe place to stay with many excellent restaurants within 6 blocks.

Could have used a couple of tv stations in English.

Perfect localisation in the best street of Palermo ! Very spatious, contemporary. The room was huge, super comfortable, very clean. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast generous.

The hotel was seems empty, as we were the only clients of the hotel, a bit strange !

The breakfast was very good and the room was comfortable.

The hotel is kind of on the edge of Palermo Soho, Not the greatest location, but not terrible.The air conditioner was weak, and several lights in the room didn't work.

The swimming pool was not working

I loved the breakfasts, I liked the bar/seating area, I appreciated the helpfulness of the staff who were fantastic, the 24hour reception was good. The room size was excellent.

I was disappointed the pool was out of order. I would have liked tea making facilities in the room.

Whole hotel seems a little „dark“ because of chosen colour scheme

The hotel is close to a great area

Most everything was mildly off-putting. Check in experience was odd. Starting from the locked doors that u have to ring to get in...at noon? The reception desk sits behind this weird curtain. Every person at the hotel looks miserable. They barely acknowledge you, and make no attempt to reconcile the language barrier. We dont expect english, we used goggle translation, but they always just replied in Spanish and didn't talk into the translator. The hotel overall might have once been cool. It has an industrial vibe, but now just looks like a prison that is grungy. The room is set up oddly, with a concrete desk in the middle and a wooden headboard that you can't lean against. The patio was ok, but the chairs were dirty. The bathroom was large but grey grout is now black. Wouldn't stay again.

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff were helpful. The location was very close to lots of restaurants and other attractions. The breakfast was really good too

It was kind of expensive even given the amenities.
