Friendly, English speaking staff, location and breakfast

Room was hard to regulate temp

On arrival, we were greeted by the 2 most surly desk staff in reception i have EVER encountered. These 2 males were so rude and dismissive- we were taking them away from their mobile phones!At least the next morning, we were pleasantly surprised by a smiling face of a female receptionist, who helped us with our enquiry.The room was adequate, without much character. Bed ok for comfort. Location is quite good.

The location was good for what we wanted to do for our one night stay before departing the airport.

Dark in the rooms, only two pillows in the room, our bathroom hadn’t been updated so it just felt old and not as clean. For the price of the hotel it was not worth it.

Location is good, staff is friendly and willing to help, breakfast is good but the room is small and gets crowded fast if you go after 0800.

- First of all, the bathroom had leak on the wall behind the toilet, the leak is so old that the floor tiles are loose which means they have not fixed for years. We needed to throw a towel on the floor to soak the water.- The AC makes weird loud noises at night only, it appears to be water running down the pipes but it was annoying we had to call front desk and they came to check and turned the AC off and the noise went away.- Elevators make noises when going down as it something is scratching the cabin, cards not always work.- We scheduled a taxi to the airport, front desk informed us it was a fixed rate of 12.500ARS. The taxi driver ended up forcing us to pay 19.000 so we were ripped off by the hotel's official taxi service. Use Uber.

Close to town. Friendly and helpful staff. Got an early check in. Highly recommended.

Very complete breakfast! Great location; staff is very friendly and tries to help out.

The gym could use a bench when you’re trying to use the dumbbells . But at least there was a gym to use.

The staff was very helpful and the overall ambient was nice.

The wifi was slow and the cleanness was not so good.

Nice hotel close to centrum with comfortable rooms and very nice personal. We stayed 3 nights.

The staff were accommodating and helpful. Juan Manuel was especially attentive to our needs and responsive to our questions. The breakfast was delightful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The general areas were also well maintained.

This hotel would have been perfect if there were 2 chairs in the room. We stayed 3 nights and there was always one of us who couldn’t sit down.

Everything was great! The attention, comfort, cleanliness, the staff, the location w proximity to every neighborhood! Special mention to Luana at the Front desk and the entire team at breakfast service, always kind and attentive to the guests needs!

Good location for tourists looking to visit Buenos Aires . Good internet connection. Excellent breakfast with lots of choices. Bathroom facilities good with a proper bath. Top value for money.

Very confortable and centrally located

It needs some investment and maintenance. The towel rack in the bathroom next to the door fell off as well as the one next to the bathtub. It even cut my niece’s toes.
