    • very central location, good breakfast, small fridge in the room

    Cons -

    • You need an adaptor for Argentina for your devices. Some hotels have electrical plugs that do not require this and some hotels offer to lend you one. At this hotel you will need to get one

Walking distance to everywhere. Close to the ports for the ferry which I needed.

Cold water faucet in sink didn’t work. In evening, the hot water was too hot. However, the next morning it was a good temperature. Most importantly, the electrical sockets were not compatible to European wires. I could not charge my equipment. That was the biggest problem.

Nice short stay. Yes, the fixtures are a bit dated, but it is a large room in a great area. Perfect walking distance from everything you need. The front desk staff was incredibly nice and helpful.

I left a bracelet in the room and couldn't get back

The staff were very friendly professional and accommodating. The room was pretty spacious, i had a desk to work at and everything was clean.

The decor was pretty basic and there was no view from the window.

It was near a lot. Good value. Good size room. The personnel that I dealt with were great.

The immediate area was dodgy looking. My room could use a new coat of paint. The plumbing was weird - one faucet barely worked, the pipes made noises.

the staff, the centrality of the hotel, and a very comfortable room.

    1GabrielaPosted on: 2-17-2024

    Great location.

No water in the showers. Toilet flush was broken. Bed sheets and towels were really dirty. Hotel old fashioned.

Nice location and friendly helpful personnel. And you can chance your euros for pesos at the hotel for a good rate.

Room was good, but the amount of power point was too low in my opinion

    Location of sockets, not convenient

Rooms were old and the wifi didn't work half the time

Excellent location, buses, metro, theater, everything nearby

The room was a bit dark. Breakfast was good but could be better with more options.

Breakfast was included. We were surprised because it wasn't mentioned on booking.com. The location was wonderful and staff friendly and helpful.

    No complaints at all.

    bad hotel

The facility is old and dark, my belongings in the room are gone, and the staff seems to have tampered with it. When I asked to reserve a taxi the next morning, they asked for three times the price, and I only have bad memories of everything.

    10MarcoPosted on: 1-23-2022

A big plus for the staff, friendly, always ready to help. The hotel is in a perfect position for reaching the tourist attractions, everything is within walking distance.

The room was clean. location is beneficial. If you are checking in with a car they do not have parking however there is a parking garage right in front of the hotel. To give you an idea, that parking garage specifically is closed on Sundays. You leave your key on top of your car, (the window wipers area) We personally felt that was not reliable because they do not have you sign in with whatever car you have, or ask for any ID regarding the ownership of the car. We witnessed people just walk in and pay for their parking and grab their cars. Again we were just concerned for someone walking in and grabbing a car that is not theirs. After that conclusion we decided to walk around to do some more parking garage shopping to park our rental car. This area is surrounded by parking garage that you pay with pesos and most of them accept Visa/credit and debit. We recommend looking for a garage that is 24/7 and gives you the option to hold onto your car keys or have them hold onto them for you. We found a that type of garage and it was hassle free near this hotel. It’s an old building so expect to see a bit of rust in the shower drains and sink, some parts of the ceiling molding, the blankets used here are very thin material, old AC but it WORKS so yay and flat screen tv. The light breakfast spread is in the lobby. It consists of pastries with pastries bread spread cream cheese, marmalade jam, dulce de leche, coffee, hot milk, tea, ham and cheese. The building has one elevator that fits 2 people with luggage and 3 people without luggage to give you an idea. The front desk were professional. They have computers in the lobby. One last thing. We recommend everyone to check out Perez H. Its next to this hotel. They have happy hours, play EDM, remix pop music, high top tables and it’s a burger and fries joint with a great atmosphere to end the night until 12am. Literally on your left when you step out the hotel.

Let’s talk about wifi. We stayed on the 2nd floor and we barely had wifi. So we struggled getting wifi now and then. I wish the wifi was better.
