Cyan Americas Towers Hotel

The room was comfortable and the location was good.

The staff was terrible! On arrival, they did not have our reservation and would not accept our booking confirmation for over 30 minutes humiliating us and making us wait in the lobby. Besides that, they were generally unfriendly.

I can not thank the staff enough for their wonderful help. Martin and the reception team were so brilliant helping me with my suitcase issues and I will be forever grateful.

location was really good, hotel was clean and comfortable and staff very helpful at reception , keeping cases and ordering taxis.

think bathrooms could do with an update but were very clean.

Breakfast average. Facilities old , the main unpleasant factor was old towels. After the first day the next set of towels were better. The door in the bathroom didn’t close properly

Excellent location, touristic attractions are close. Also, the room is spacious.

The room is old, and very noisy at night. (you can hear when other people are talking in the other room, also from the street, etc.)

Great staff! The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was really nice. Some of the hallway areas and parts of the rooms could use some updating but overall the hotel is really good. Cleanliness is important and this hotel really was very clean!

The staff was very helpful. The room was nice and clean. The location was good. We stayed one night when we arrived in Argentina and one night when we were leaving since we liked the hotel a lot.

Booked this hotel and told by booking . Com that I would be upgraded to deluxe room.On che king in the room given to us was not deluxe or upgraded- it was not clean , had no safe, no hangers for clothes. It definitely was not a deluxe room.I spoke to reception and we were given another room which was quite small - which was better but I would not regard it as deluxe .All in all disappointed

The mixup with the rooms

Staff were friendly and helpful which was great for english speaking guests such as us. The location was fantastic fir us as we could walk to everything.

The room was very comfortable and clean but had some mould on the wall below the windows.

lots of hot water. Quick elevators.

wifi was intermittent and slow. we had to keep connecting. breakfast was marginal, coffee like coloured water, no fresh fruit, terrible bread, decent medialunas.shabby room, no plug for bathtub, unpleasant towels, totally deceptive gym, treadmill with belt so worn that it was white in the middle, two weights (!).

staff are very friendly, good value for money, the bar staff and restaurant staff were over friendly, in a good location can walk to many main attractions

Swimming pool was way smaller than what i had expected from the pictures posted.

Great little pool area, though quite small, and only 5 sun loungers. Great breakfast buffet - lots of cakes!

Good location and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good hotel for local travellers visiting the city for work or appointments (Most guests were argentinean)

The pool is quite small and gets too crowded with more than 2 people in it. It is also in the shade most of the day. Only 6 sunbeds are available. The gym is outdated and small, we couldn't make the machines work. Breakfast is ok, but it would have been nice with bacon and longer opening hours (closes 10:30). The breakfast room gets too crowded. The rooms are nice but you can hear your neighbours. No view (they even have rooms with windows facing a wall) and old bathrooms (with a very bad shower). We got stuck in the elevator one night, and the key cards got constantly demagnetised, which was very annoying (Saw several guests complaining about this in the reception). Not a bad hotel, but it's definitely not 4 stars.
