Excellent location, decent breakfast.

Front desk staff were relatively curt and unhelpful.

We go to this hotel regularly when we go to Buenos Aires, and we stay for a week or longer. It's a classical hotel, well maintained, no modern furniture, with some little problems here or there like slow drain in bathroom. Central area means you will be safe (for Buenos Aires standards) but it is not a super elegant neighbourhood. Location is excellent, you are 10 min away from 2 subway lines and all the buses on Santa Fe avenue. Breakfast is good. Staff is (mostly) amazingly friendly; the waiter Roberto adds a personal touch to the hotel. Security and 24h reception. There are 2 Cyan Americas in the same block; the other one has paid parking (25000 or 19 euros per day) and swimming pool, while this one has friendlier staff and a nicer restaurant room. The prices may vary but the 2 hotels are otherwise almost the same. Amazing value for money

Breakfast is exactly the same everyday. It wouldn't be difficult to change the daily scrambled eggs and sausages for some alternative, or different pastries.

Breakfast was decent, with very good fresh fruits.

Facilities are quite outdated. What surprised us most unpleasantly was the fact that we have been charged 40 USD for an early check-in. We have enquired twice before arriving if early check in is possible and we had twice a reply - it is possible, subject of availability. Nothing was mentioned about the extra fees.We really needed a room after more than 24h of travel and paid what we have been asked for, However, we haven’t got any receipt for this extra charge and I really think this is not an officially approved practice.

The rooms are spacious. Most of the staff is polite.

The rooms seemed to be worn over time. The reception didn't seem to enjoy their job.

Breakfast should offer at least for Europeans more varieties of bread, ham and sausages. Fried eggs would be good!

Everything was great. Large room, very clean & breakfast was excellent. Staff extremely friendly & helpful. Hotel was centrally located. Short walk to all the sights, restaurants & bars. Bus stops very close.

Deplorable experience

The first room I received was dirty and had hairs on both beds. I showed the reception staff pictures of the dirty bedding and they found me a new room. No word of an apology for the inconvenience. The individual at the front desk was rude and sullen, even before I went up to the first room I was allocated. I accidentally left some clothes in the room when I checked out. I emailed the property within hours to request that the clothes be kept for me as I’d be passing through Bs As in three days. No acknowledgment of my email. Complete radio silence. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were essentially soup.

The hotel was in a perfect location — we were able to walk to many major attractions, which made exploring the city super easy. Ubers found the hotel quickly, and we had no issues with transportation. The reception staff spoke excellent English, which made communication smooth and stress-free. Our room was spacious and comfortable, although the view wasn’t particularly impressive. The breakfast was excellent and offered a great variety. All in all, a very good stay!

The hotel is in a very central location. Very easy to walk from there to many well known neighbourhoods.The bedrooms were quite good and large, even though the rooms/bathrooms could use a bit of an update. Everything was clean and well maintained. The air con worked perfectly.The breakfast was also very good, with a good variety of food.The staff was super friendly and helpful.

The wi-fi worked very well in the lobby but not in the bedrooms.

One day clerk- basically wouldn’t look at us, instead was typing on his computer- useless, but forget his name- unfortunately. He was not young but the youngest one on the desk while we were there, quite nice looking, but NO customer service skills! Hoping management can determine who he is by the above, as he needs to be spoken to about his manner.

Staff is really nice, good location in a cozy neighborhood

The bedsheets were stained, poor internet connection and the plugs to charge our phone would sometimes not work. During breakfast sometimes the eggs were not cooked enough also.
