Location! Sunday market was half a block away and lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

The internet connection was very spotty and pretty slow.

Hotel owners are not honest. They are liars.

Owners received money without their right. They are liars and not honest.

Location, rooms were very nice

Arrived late - not told that ac was not working in room - fan was not adequate - was not a comfortable night. They offered some money back the next day when told about it on WhatsApp - unfortunately they did not follow up - despite promising they would work it out.

San Telmo Suites is a beautiful historic hotel in downtown Buenos Aires. The room and facilities exceeded my expectations. The staff were very kind and professional and I felt right at home during my stay.

The only thing I didn't like was that I couldn't stay longer because of other obligations. I can't think of a single thing I didn't like about the accommodations. I might like to see more food offerings in the hotel.

Some mold in the bathroom. Cob webs on the ceiling. Dead bolt on room door didn’t work. Security door to enter building was not secure.

Location was ok

Really expensive for what it was, whole place needs a refurbishment/ refresh / no towels or even a bottle of water on arrival.The taxi arranged for us by the hotel was $65 and shouldn't have cost more than $20

The location is perfect. We also experienced the local San Telmo market on Sunday. Here beds are clean and the staff are all very friendly.

We were 3 and stayed just one night but will definitely come back next time in Buenos Aires. It was clean, comfortable, with an easy check in and check out process and a very kind staff. The location is also great, and it was quiet at night

Very spacious, very clean room. Everything was clean and ready for our arrival. Good communication from days out and throughout our stay.

There was some smoke smell downstairs in front of our room. Breakfast wasn't available.

Great location! 100ft from la feria de San Telmo (Sundays only). Very charming boutique hotel. Very clean and amiable staff. Made me feel at home.

The location and service were excellent! Also, felt very safe.

I would of liked clean towels more often, instead of after 3 days. Also, this property doesn’t have an elevator.

The hotel was conveniently located in the San Telmo neighborhood. Mariana was very helpful with checking in and allowed me to store my bags after check out before my evening flight while I explored the city. Very cute room with bedroom loft.

Lots of stairs to get up to our room. No one available to help us bring up the luggage...Hard on my 69 year old husband...

Great place in the heart of one of the most atmospheric areas of San Telmo. Despite the huge number of bars and restaurants around, the place is very quiet! Perfect for relaxing. Comfortable large beds, high ceilings, bathroom in the room, equipped shared kitchen, good Wi-Fi, great and helpful staff. Everything a traveler needs to enjoy beautiful Buenos Aires. I highly recommend this place!

The stairs in the room were not too good for seniors but overall very spacious and great for our stay

Great location for San Telmo or Puerto Madero districts. Comfortable bed. Good AC.

No toilet paper. Only a bidet. And not even a towel for the bidet, so.... Shower was tiny at best with a shower head that barely worked. We were told to help ourselves to whatever we needed in the kitchen, but the kitchen was dirty.
