Magnolia Hotel Boutique

The property is small and beautiful in a great neighborhood. Many exceptional local restaurants within 10 minute walks. The breakfast is terrific and the other guests are very social and very engaging. We stayed in one of the two upgrade rooms on the main floor--well worth it.

We didn't like having to check out and head home.

The breakfast was excellent and served in a quaint courtyard. The staff was extremely helpful with every question we had.

The staff was extremely welcoming and professional. They made us feel at home from the moment they opened the big, beautiful door for us. We couldn’t have asked to stay with nicer people.

We loved the small, homey feel and the rooftop terrace was delightful.

Amazing top floor room with a private balcony. The served breakfast, is varied and tasty. The staff does everything to make your stay pleasant, they efficiently organize transfers to the airports, tours and help with anything neede. A real gem in the city of BA.

Very nice, old house converted to a B&B. Our room was large, had old furniture, not in the best shape. Staff was very nice and always helpful. They offer a very helpful laundry service. Breakfast was cooked to order off a small menu, bacon and eggs or a few other choices. The location seemed good as there are restaurants in walking distance in the Palermo area. Would recommend.

Fix the shower door in our room that closes into the tub, fix the door on hte hutch so it can be closed.

Location. Charming. Traditional, classic architecture and furniture. Excellent service.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Each staff member spoke English and Spanish.Breakfast is included every morning and will work around your schedule if you're leaving early for a flight or excursion.The room was big and had a shared patio with only one other room.Great location. We were able to walk everywhere.

Staff were wonderful - I injured my ankle whilst in Buenos Aires and the staff went out of their way to assist, providing advice on hospitals, arranging taxi/uber and talking to medical supplier to have foot brace delivered. They were kind and concerned to ensure we had what we required.The rooms are spacious and comfortable, breakfast freshly provided and everything exceptionally clean. Location was close to restaurants and within walking distance to subway.

Unfortunately the shower did not operate properly and only half pressure came out of shower spout and the remainder through the bath tap.

nothing. it is really lovely, nothing bad to say.

Good location, central to good restaurants and shopping.

There was no bar, no hairdryer and the bathtub was difficult to get in/out of because of the inward swinging door.

The room was very nice and comfortable with a Large bed. We also had a little private outdoor section which was very nice. The property has a lovely homely feel. The staff at check in and breakfast was really friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Had a welcome glass of wine which was a nice surprise too! Large room with very comfortable beds and quiet. Good options for breakfast and location is good too for exploring Palermo.Has a gym off site if required.

We stayed for 3 nights in Feb before a 3 week trip to Antarctica and then returned back to the Magnolia for a further 3 nights before heading home to Australia.We enjoyed our stays at this unique boutique hotel.The staff where excellent. The area was easy to walk around with plenty of restaurants close by.We would not hesitate to return.

The staff went above and beyond expectations with friendliness and helpfulness. It was a charming little hotel in the busy city.

I'm not sure just how close to a variety of restaurants it was. We were too tired to explore that and found one, but I didn't feel like there was a lot of option within a close walking distance.
