Room are luminous, comfy and good size. Breakfast is excellent. Location is very good.

Magnetic keys they get demagnetized constantly, so you must go to the front desk very frequently. It is a problem when you are in a hurry.

People at reception were not able to sort out our New Years eve night, they showed no compromise with the hotel

Breakfast is cheap and low quality.Cleanning personel didnt clean our room for the qhole stay of 3 nights.Bar personel were very rude and slow to take orders. 40 minutes for 2 capuccinos in the terrace.

Breakfast was not the best and personal hygiene items for a five a stars hotel with the paid price. Also the communication by email was not good since I inform I was going to arrive late in two times and when I arrived my first booking was cancelled

Room was very good

I booked a few days before arriving and I insisted on paying for my 3 day stay (c.€600) on arrival. I asked for laundry cleaning and when finished the Front Desk 'held it to ransom' by sending me a letter stating that my Laundry costs c. €43 but I would first have to go to the Front Desk to pay for it. It would then be released to me!!The Buffet Breakfast was good and eggs were available any way you wanted as long as it was scrambled! I asked for 2 Fried Eggs and was told it would cost more! I have travelled the world and this was a first for me. On principle I refused to pay.

A bit far from "traditional" areas abd attractions

We had a wonderful time.The managers were very responsive. We requested a room on a high floor. And they gave us the 41st. And what a view!The apartment was very well equipped. Including a washing machine.We could not ask for more

The Concierge guy Sebastian was very helpful and all the staff at the receptions and dining are friendly

the rooms were large and comfortable. the breakfast was very good. the location was perfect. we wish we had had time to visit the spa/sauna/pool

the shower didn't drain well so you showered in a bit of a shallow pool. also, the room was warm and adjusting the thermostat did not seem to help much
