Hotel was great! Location is pretty convenient for every tourist. Place is clean.

We didn’t have internet for half of our stay. We did inform the staff but they didn’t do anything about it. Most of the staff was very respectful and nice, others not too much, and didn’t hear our concerns about the internet.

Not 4 star quality. Very dated with visible signs of old age. The linens were so threadbare, I was scared the sheet would tear apart during the night. Grayish towels.

Location is good. Room was spacious.

It a very old hotel. Everything old. Looks dirty and smells dirty. Shower works on 10%. Brrr... Definitely it's time to close for renovation.

I liked the cleanness of the room and facilities. I did not spend much time in the hotel to talk about the restaurant or other services

I did not like the space in the garage for parking its very difficult to park there and it has an extra charge. I also did not like much the neighborhood although You would be only 3 blocks away from Corrientes street and Palacio Barolo.

It’s right in the downtown area. Close and walking distance to all major city attractions

Location was great. Clean inside. Room was big.

The location is excellent. We've stayed here now three times and will be back. Quiet, safe and at walking distance from the city center. The breakfast was good with enough variation.

The fitness room needs an upgrade.

Positive aspects. The location is excellent, you can walk to the city's architectural monuments and beautiful parks. The staff is friendly, ready to answer questions and help. Large room, balcony. There is a large safe in the room.

Negatives. There is practically no internet in the room, and trying to connect is a waste of time. Very thin walls between the rooms, very uncomfortable when other guests talk loudly or turn on music (not at full volume, but you can hear everything). If you are unlucky with your neighbors, then rest is out of the question. On Christmas Eve, the locals organized a disco on the roof of the neighboring building at full volume, it lasted until almost 02:00 am. The breakfast was the worst I've ever had in hotels and the most modest hostels. There was no cooked food for breakfast: only slices of cheap cheese and bacon, lots of sweets and rolls, and one small plate with sliced fruit (on different days it was an orange, grapefruit, watermelon), but whoever didn't have time was left without it. I asked why there was no plain omelette at least. The restaurant staff told me that it was not included and I had to pay separately! And this was during Christmas and New Year's Eve! Was it so hard to prepare a festive omelet for guests for free on Christmas morning?

Needs a little refreshing

Clean and spacious room, but it was sparsely furnished and had a small TV. The darkout curtains were nice and it was quiet in the mornings. The general location was good with lots of restaurants and services around.

The immediate location is a little gritty with some homeless people. The staff wasn’t particularly friendly. They would not provide any ice or a microwave even though there is a restaurant - they claimed it was locked up and they didn’t have the keys.

Breakfast typically local… lots of sweet stuff, no eggs or fresh fruit..on the plus side, they dis include good coffee!

Huge room with a nice balcony, a fridge and a safe! Spotlessly clean, Hotel is located in a nice neighbourhood with execellent public transportation choices, Staff members are very kind too.

It has a big terrace but no sun chairs, considering visitors coming from cold Europe it would have been nice to sit there on sofas or comfy chairs and get some sunrays. Sauna and (tiny) gymroom were not functioning.

The bed was great. The bathroom a little bit small but with a good heat system. The shower is ok, not great but ok.The room was very big, much more than we expected.

The wifi, didnt work almost never... the password was ok, but it did not assign us ip address, we tested with 3 different phones, same luck.

Good breakfast, spectacular location and all ammenities.

needs renovation as curtains, beds and tv are pretty old.
