The hotel is run down , the carpets are dirty and old , there was mold in the grout at the bathtub , the towels really old , the roof top was abandoned , not welcoming . The whole place needs a makeover .

The location is great , in walking distance to the main sights as Recoleta cemetery, El Ateneo bookstore, etc. I felt safe walking around in this area. Wifi was good and breakfast was ok.

we like the location because it is near beautiful places to go walking. the unit we took is really comfy it had a great view of the city. restaurants are just around any corner .
We expected a parking place included . The rate es expensive for NOT HAVING A PARKING PLACE FOR THE CLIENTS SO ITS A LOW POINT FOR THIS PLACE. In top of that its hard to find parking nearby.

The breakfast was sparse. There were no clean plates -- I had to ask for a plate.
The room needs updating! Carpet was disgusting and needs to be replaced. The window shade looks like you are in a prison cell.

This hotel is poorly maintained. Carpet in room is stained and worn out. Air conditioning units are very old, make horrible noises that prevent sleeping, and don’t really cool to satisfactory levels. Staff cut as many corners as possible, thus inconveniencing guests.
Staff takes no responsibility for providing solutions to problems with property equipment, does not communicate with each other, does not leave messages to the staff in the following shift, and there never seem to be a manager on duty.
