Great location, beautiful building, helpful staff.

The staff across the board was great. Valeria and Jesus notably helped us with logistics and things to see and do. The included breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of food and beverages. Our room was clean with a beautiful bathroom and very effective AC. Management was accommodating when our flight home was cancelled and we needed a little extra time to sort out our travel plans.

There was a power/electrical issue that shut down the elevators. We almost missed our flight while trying to drag large suitcases down 5 flights of stairs. Help came at the last minute from the staff. As we were leaving in a rush the elevators were still not functioning

Beautiful property, centrally located to la Recoleta and downtown with a good restaurant on site.

Wifi was spotty at times and should be reliable for the expense. Also, there was no option for refund when checking out days early.

The hotel is clean, the staff is very friendly, the location is awesome. Very good value for money, I definitively recommend it and I'll come back soon.

The coffee (at breakfast) could be a lot better.

Please get a good fully automatic coffee machine for espresso to latte as now with a manual machine it’s too slow and not that good!

Breakfast should remain in the primary dining area. The back conference room felt small, enclosed, and univiting.

Very nice & clean, comfortable, free & good breakfast, good location, has a free spa & gym. Staff helpful & nice.

Only problem was pillows not dry when housekeeping changed, but otherwise wonderful stay.

Breakfast service ! It is irritating to be asked daily to leave the restaurant at 11am sharp, even though the breakfast times are stipulated as 7:30 to 11am. One would expect the retaurant to be open until at least 11:30am , so that guests could finish their meals.

Great location, excellent friendly & helpful front desk staff with good English, newer hotel, wonderful spa was no additional charge. They let us store our luggage at the hotel while going to Uruguay.

We were renting two rooms so it was very expensive per night.

Room was small and tight, no good place to put luggage, poorly designed bathroom where whole bathroom gets wet when taking a shower, temperature control on shower didn't work well

The roof did not leak, and the toilet flushed.

Where to start? There was no "gym" - they've literally converted a coat closet in the basement, put one mat and one old elliptical machine in, and that's the "gym". Given that I literally searched Buenos Aires for "gyms in Palermo and Recoleta" this was inexplicable. The explanation as to why their "gym" doesn't look at all like the photos is because they've "recently remodeled."Moreover, their "full breakfast" had no protein. NONE. All they offered were sugary cereals (who even eats that junk?!), pastries, and sugar-infused yogurts. Nothing healthy. Nothing that wasn't ultra-processed. Just junk calories. No eggs. No meats. No healthy veggies. Finally, my "room with a view" was a window that stared out at - three other walls of hotel guests! BA has such great city and ocean views, and yet, this property is constructed so that you're staring at cinder block walls and at other guests. Just awful, given the price.Needless to say, I cancelled my week stay after the second day and moved to another property. Immensely disappointing.
