Wonderful location, rooms and staff. Standouts were Mathias, Yvetta y Julietta, They are the ones who really make this hotel feel like home, and that is why we keep coming back!

The billing. Expect to pay about 11% more than the rate quoted by booking. The hotel converts to pesos at slightly higher than the official rate but banks, credit card companies, exchange places don’t use the official rate, so the hotel charges as many pesos as possible using this rate,resulting in a charge to your credit card much higher than the booking quote. It’s exchange rate manipulation to benefit the hotel, not a deal breaker but annoying bordering on dishonest.

Amazing location, next to bars, restaurants and subway, safe neighborhood.The room with terrace was great, as well as the shower and the very comfortable bed. The breakfast: great fresh food, fruits, pastries, everything local, great service! The highlight is the staff, always very kind and helpful.

The hotel staff and management were welcoming and helpful with their recommendations. They also helped out when we had to change the dates of our trip at short notice due to flight cancellations.

The breakfast offering was disappointing.

Fabulous stay. Comfortable room, nice and quiet, with big comfy beds and fantastic breakfast. All staff couldn’t have done more to help. Really lovely. Also in a great location for meals and drinks.

Nuss is in the heart of Palermo, great location, close to the best restaurants, walkable neighborhood. The room has a good size, the bed was very very very comfortable and there was no noise. The staff is nice and helpful.

Nothing, we liked everything. The only thing I thought was missing were more plugs in the bedroom.

It was noisy, not only the surrounding area (to the outside the soundproofing is ok), but from inside, playing loud music in the patio until very late at night. The door had cracks. Overall, bad quality for money

Undated decor, the room’s & facilities needs renovation & maintenance,My rooms door was very hard to open.Breakfast was not that good in quality wise.

A basic breakfast, but a good variety of foods. The bread was particularly nice and so was having real combed honey.

Eggs were often runny and needed a bit more time cooking.

The reception team were brilliant. Helpful, charming and kind. Nothing was too much trouble from sorting our guide, show, restaurants and emergency dentist! The hotel is in a great location. Unfortunately we were so busy we didn’t get time to use the rooftop. Breakfast had a good choice of options.

Background noise during the night at the weekend, but it's the price you pay for location

The room was nice. The bathroom was quite perfect.

The gym did not have functional weights, as the dumbbells were only up to 5kg. It is also a very tiny space. The bed was also quite firm, and finding outlets to plug phones in to charge and sit on bedside was tough.
