The rooms are clean, and bed is comfortable. Building it is a bit old and same for the bathroom in the bedroom. But everything works well and is clean. Staff was very friendly with us and helpful. Breakfast is very good and with a lot of options. Location is amazing!

I left very early (5 am) and the staff was not able to provide a packed takeway breakfast. Not even a coffee was available at that early hour. The furniture was old and worn out. No indication that the drinks in the minibar (just a bottle of coke and a still and a sparkling water) are not complementary (prices are not given).

The room was comfortable and very clean, smelling good. The breakfast was fantastic, staff super friendly. And it's located in a safe street.

Great value for money considering the location. Staff kindly extended our checkout to 1pm for no charge.

The desk staff was super-helpful, but the place itself is in dire need of renovation. Everything looks very tired. The breakfast was well below average as well. Good location, easy to access and easy to walk to many sights.

Great location, close to many restaurants and cafes and only a short walk to the Recoletta District. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was only by chance that the hotel had a vacancy as we found out the day before that our previously booked room had been cancelled so it was nice to be able to book something in such a good location at short notice. It was also only a short distance to the airport.The room was small but comfortable enough but the breakfast was really good, quite a selection to choose from.

The room was a bit outdated and could you with some TLC but otherwise it was fine.

There were a few restaurants and mini-markets close-by and the hotel was about a 20 minute walk to the nearest Hop on/Hop off bus starting point. The breakfast offered a reasonable choice. The room was clean with a good shower.

The hotel lobby was attractive but the room was small for 3 people. It and the corridors were very plain and not very welcoming.

The first room given the air conditioner was broken so after putting everything in drawers and closets it was quickly necessary to move to another room. I asked in advance of arrival for advice on finding a restaurant for New Year's Eve and was offered help upon arrival 2 days before the night of celebration. By that time every restaurant of interest was sold out. In desperation we found a nearby local restaurant that is the last place on earth we would have chosen. Also, the rooms have zero atmosphere and decor looks unchanged since 1950. The toilet was so close to the sink that a male must stand a bit to its side to.urinate.

The room was clean and the outside doors were secure.The breakfast buffet was good.

1. The area was not as safe as I was led to beleive.2. We requested an airport pick-up and no one made the arrangements. We did not reach our hotel until 2:30 am.3. We asked on several occasions to have a taxi ordered and the answer was always the same. The taxi's are not picking up. One night this led to us being robbed and my husband's cell phone was stolen.4. We requested laundry service and it was never picked up. We had to travel with dirty laundry to our cruise.

Good location and a good variety for breakfast (cereal, toast, pastries, scrambled egg). Helpful staff (e.g. helping to fill up water bottles for the day).

The room was a bit smaller and shabbier than expected for the price.

The receptionist was really nice and kind, he helped us and brought the breakfast in the bedroom because we had the flight very early.
