location was great. breakfast included was good. some of the desk staff were friendly

rooms were very dated. tubs were not really big enough for bathing. some desk staff were not very enthusiastic

Every corner of the hotel need to be maintained, the carpeting on the hallways smells old , its tored down, the flooring on the room was peeling off, the "aircon" was leaking and there was a puddle all the time.

Lovely staff. Very friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning does not work properly. Too hot.

We came here with my mom for holiday, I loved that the staff were 100% helpfull and friendly, the reception guy even upgrated our room for a better one when we told him we dont like our room cuz it was small. We got problem with safe box, they sorted it out imadiatelly. Beds are comfy and rooms are clean.

The hotel was very well located: just around the corner of one of the main avenues, while also within walking distance to Plaza de Mayo and some shopping areas. The receptionists were very kind and helpful with information and tips for sightseeing. Although the hotel could use some renovation, the rooms are really spacious, comfortable and clean.

The breakfast had a good selection of food, but most of it was sweet. I guess it might be something typical for the country, because I would have expected to have a wider selection of cheese or salami instead of cakes. It was in the room price, so overall good value for money.

Bed bugs, was up all night itching. Air conditioning doesn’t work just the fan.

The property was in a good location on a one way street, very quiet, comfortable bed and pillows. Had a supermarket across the road.The accommodation is older which was to be expected, all facilities were clean but dated. The staff were very attentive and happy to help. The breakfast was standard with eggs, cold cuts, cheese, bread, cereal, fruit and yoghurt.

Not the accommodations fault but 21% tax on top of the cost for using foreign debit card.

We liked the location and the staff a lot.

Breakfast in the second room wasn’t good, the bathtub was very small, and the hot water wasn’t very hot. Also, I would have liked a minibar and a safe in the room considering the price.

Asked for 2 beds, but only one scheduled, were willing to move, but did not want since it was a late checkin!

The fitness center! (Has stationary bike, treadmill and a small bench with 6 weights (1.25kgx2, 2,5kgx2, 5kgx2)The first room that we were checked in didn’t have a proper AC, but upon talking with the receptionist, they immediately upgraded us to a superior room.
