    Pros +

    • The Hotel was in a close location to indoor mall, cafes and walking distance to shops. Security at the front door of hotel which is highly needed in BA, Argentina.
    • Staff members are extremely nice and helpful.
    • Location, cleanliness, and breakfast

    Cons -

    • The room overall appearance was small, basic with a mini kitchenette. The sheets appeared unclean, pillows were flat as tea bags, mattress was hard and uncomfortable. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, if you showered the entire room became a sauna
    • The two rooms were not very clean, with mold in the bathroom, various hairs in the sink and shower, and a very strong mold smell in the rooms. Once we got the AC to work, that covered the smell of mold. The hotel is located a short walk to a questionable area, with many sex workers around in the day time.
    • The bathroom could use an upgrade re its worn out tiles.

The breakfast was great. We booked two rooms, and one was ready when we arrived at 10:30 AM so they let us check in to that room early! The front desk staff was great, calling taxis, etc for us.

The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. They kindly allowed us to check in at 6:00 am without any extra charges.

Service was excellent. Receptionist was extremely helpful, getting us into our room early and helping us pick two excellent excursions, including a fabulous Tango /dinner concert. Location in the heart of the shopping district was perfect as was the price. Definitely recommend it.

The bathroom could use an upgrade re its worn out tiles.

Excellent stay overall. The staff were outstanding: friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, including their thoughtful handling of a guest traveling with a service animal (not pet). Rooms were spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. Despite arriving in separate groups, check-in was smooth and well organized. The location in Retiro is excellent, close to Galerías Pacífico and multiple subway lines. The area is quiet at night but safe, with good police presence and easy access by taxi to livelier neighborhoods. Breakfast is typical Argentine style, mostly sweet, with a few savory options. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Seriously great location, smiling polite helpful receptionists, rooms clean, breakfast quite good, employees in the breakfast hall hardworking to keep it clean and orderly.... great price ($50 a nite) great value

Nothing... rooms in the front may be a bit noisy at night but it is the by-product of good location

Location was good, the hotel itself nice, clean good room, A/C.

Loud noises not only from outside but also inside, no soundproofing, was awaken by a cleaner vacuuming next door and it was just as if it was my room. Also breakfast was so so, nothing special, options limited (other that plenty of baked goods), no special coffee included, on one of he days had to wait around 10 min till there was a free table cleaned table because there are so many people but only a small dining area.Last thing, a small bottle of water included in the room would be nice, I arrived late and drank from the mini bar inventory. 4.5 dollars for a small bottle, are you kidding??

Was clean and in a great location

They charged me for an extra stay because they said I did a double booking. Which was there fault. Or your companies fault

The location is perfect for travel. It very central to lots of attractions. The neighborhood has restaurants and shopping. The hotel room is comfortable and clean.

The room facing the street is very noisy at night with past y traffic and music from nearby buildings.

The hotel is located in a great area, just a walk from Galerias Mall. The staff was great and the hotel room was wonderfully equipped. We had a 9th-floor room with a balcony. Couldn't expect more. Anytime I return to Argentina I will book at this hotel. Breakfast was good, however, you can grab a great breakfast just half a block away. I truly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a great return on your investment.

    I couldn't find something I didn't like. It's a great clean and cozy place.

    Location

Had many problems with the room and the staff was pretty rude. I'm talking about staff after 6 pm.Water from the shower was dirty and smell bad. The toilet had a problem and flooded the bathroom. The solutions were to stay in the same room and deal with it.

    7NicolePosted on: 8-23-2025

Breakfast was really good and location.

Bathroom is very outdated compared to the rest of the room and we did not have hot water. We arrived late and had to call front desk to come resolve it. Cleanliness could be better and they charged me for a water I did not take, I had to complain to get reimbursed. A little expensive for what it is, but fine for a night or two.

Very nice room, very comfortable bed and mattress, very good sound insulation, nice breakfast and professional staff

Great location . Spacious room. Friendly staff- I also used the terrace if I wanted to read my book in the afternoon. Nice restaurants nearby

Breakfast was nice but like everywhere in South America ,there are a lot of sweet options. ‘Natural’ yoghurt usually means vanilla and it’s always sweetened. I managed to find some natural yoghurt in a health shop and then all was well- stored in fridge in the room.

The only nice place at the hotel is the restaurant. It’s nice and serves good breakfast. The rooms are in poor state needing refurbishment. The sheets and towels are used and gray in colour. There is a lot of noise from the street which causes problems in falling adleep. We did not like the location. It is nearFloride street which is very commercial with people stopping touristes about changing money. There are nicer districts for touristes to stay in Buenos Aires like Recoleta or Palermo Soho.

The poor condition of facilities and sheets and towels.

    5MonicaPosted on: 3-14-2025

The location is the only thing I liked.

The rooms are tiny, but that's not such a big problem unless there are 2 people in the room. The big problem is the noise coming from the ventilation shaft...the rooms with 5,6,7,8 and 9 at the end all face the shaft. When I stayed there at the beginning of my trip I got a room on the 7th floor and I thought it was noisy but when I came back I stayed on the first floor and the noise was terrible because the room was right next to the engines. The breakfast is average at best, if you're a vegetarian it's some cheese and some omelette which is rather undone. There are not a lot of vegetables and there are a lot of sweets.

Staff was very friendly, and helpful, Room was clean, well organized with good lighting. Location was good for access public transportation.

Breakfast was good, but no gluten free option was available during our stay. Our room was on the 10th floor and sometimes took 5-10min before we could get hot water in the bathroom.
