Pros +

Location is good, but room was not as pictured and quite bad for the price. We had a hotel stay a few days prior which offered a pool, breakfast and it was cheaper than this. And why were we paying taxes?
Good location in the palermo neighbourhood and attentive staff.

Cons -

Pool was damp and had mold on the ceiling, toilet was running nonstop and we were at the back of the building first floor, terrible view. And front desk lady accused me of asking for a 1 am check in which never happened.
The rooms seemed underfurnished, lacking proper power outlets.
