Very big spacious rooms. Modern and classy. King size bed. Excellent location. Helpful staff.

The property is comfortable and situated close to the San Telmo Markets and Plaza de Mayo but the staff made all the difference. They were helpful and friendly and made our stay extremely pleasant.

The hot water in the shower was difficult to regulate.

Very friendly helpful staff, large rooms, on Sunday Calle Defensa Market right out the front door.

The property had a lovely room, was clean and in a good location.

The hotel was well located, walking distance to the main square.

Breakfast was just okay. Staff at reception were friendly, but could have been better informed about transportation and directions.

This Hotel more than lived up to our expectations. It is in an excellent, central location and very reasonably priced. The staff were particularly helpful and efficient, especially Joel in Reception, who gave us excellent advice on where to go and in booking taxis and a night at the tango. Nothing was too much trouble, the room was comfortable and clean and the wifi worked well.

Door handle fell off the shower door, but it was fixed by the end of the day without us mentioning it to the Concierge.

It was a great location and the staff were very friendly. Large rooms.

Only slight quibble was that breakfast was a bit ordinary. Had to help yourself to all the cutlery and crockery. Hot food had been there quite a long time. And coffee out of a thermos.

The buffet breakfast at this hotel offers many choices. Staff refresh the buffet, and items and food are refreshed regularly.The hotel is conveniently located close to the main square. The room is very large and comfortable. The staff are helpful, and always welcoming.

Nothing to say here. I would totally recommend staying here at this hotel in San Telmo, Buenos Aires.

Great city location

Green algae pool low quality gym equipment. Unable to upgrade to suite upon arrival even with BC suite reservation. Sad staff unable to upgrade noisy small room for larger quiet room Had to pay for two rooms one was a quiet suite. Breakfast was minimal compared to other hotels in Argentina

The room was big and clean

Breakfast was really bad. In the end, I went out for breakfast. It was cold in the room, and I had to call 3 times in order to get hitting. You have only one blanket in the room, and it was winter and really cold. I was on the 11 floor. A lot of noise is coming from the elevator. One elevator was not working, so it took me some time to go up or down. Do not change money in the hotel. The exchange rate is no good. You will find some exchange office near the hotel.

Excellent location. Easy walking distance to Mayo Square, Tango shows and other attractions.Helpful staff. The reception helped me book an Uber to the airport while another carried our baggage to the pick up point.Good breakfast spread.Decent, comfortable room.Good wi-fi.

No complementary drinking water provided in rooms. This is a basic requirement. Charging a steep amount of USD 5 for a bottle is unfair.Lifts take too long to arrive.No flexibility on late check-outs

The hotel is in a great location in San Telmo area. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very comfortable and the room was quite large.

The staff was wonderful. They were attentive and friendly. It was secure with a doorman out front.

Bad experience

Very expensive. Water from the bath was yellow and dirty. Breakfast was poor quality, they tried to charge me extra for eggs. No open space, no coffee on the room, or no room service.

The location is good. Staff generally friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning often malfunctions. Breakfasts poor. Much processed food. Little good fresh produce. Terrible coffee.

Excellent location / big rooms big beds

Sparse room facilities- 1 shampoo/ wash combined , no milk for tea, no water available. pool and gym only available 4.30 - 8 pm.

It is close to the Defensa Street Sunday street market and some good restaurants in walking distance.

They are busy renovating the wooden floors, and our room stank of the lacquer so strongly that we could not sleep. When we opened the windows, the mosquitoes came in.We made a special booking post tour, to give us continuity in the same room, but when the time came, they did not want to honor the new reservation and claimed one of their receptionists made a mistake. The manager was off site, and so we stood for a whole hour waiting to see whether we could stay or had to evacuate the room. All that before a long international flight home. English was spotty, so communication was tedious, and we had to solicit a Spanish speaker to help us negotiate.Breakfasts are plain and portions very small compared to similar hotels.

Almost everything about the hotel was excellent I would stay here again without hesitation. The reception staff were especially helpful. The location was spot on too.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The eggs were poor and generally the standard was only average.

The rooms are comfortable. Great design, generous bathroom space, at least in our room. The staff was amazing. I lost an earring, they found it and kept it for me.

Everything was great.
