Clean, well located, great staff. Like being at home.

Internet access could be a bit better.

The building is an old building and has s really cool style

The garage is expensive in comparison to others nearby and the bathroom door didn't work, the breakfast is fair but it could be a bit better due to the price

Good. We only stayed one night so not much to say about it. Breakfast was okay. The room is very big. Corridors a bit dark. Staff was very sweet.

A mini fridge would be a plus. No frills hotel, but very clean, quiet, 150mts from Corrientes Ave. Safe neighbourhood. Breakfast very good, plenty options, hot and cold. Friendly staff.

Huge but slightly odd room space.. 5 beds in 3 different sub rooms, but only one tiny cramped bathroom. Bluetooth key for room which needed app downloaded. A bit cumbersome.

The service and staff was great and one of them spoke a little English which I appreciate because my Spanish would not be enough. Breakfast was good, the only things I would add are cheese and ham.

The only but crucial problem was the room. I am rather not posting the photos here. Hotel itself should fix that. It is life threatening - the mold on the walls, room 608.

Very nice and helpful staff, we left our luggages in the reception for 3 days because we went to Ushuaia and they took care of them, the rooms were cleaned every day. Very well located in the city, close to many turistic places!

The breakfast is the same every day and you dont have many food options.

I like the location and the room is good

The internet connection does not work well!! This a must in todays world!!! I also had a very bad experience with a staff member when I asked for a hair dryer and she said that the hotel didn’t have any and they might buy in the future. This is a hotel and they should have a hair dryer!! They did not solve my problem which would have been very easy to go and purchase a hai dryer but they preferred to say that I should travel with a hair drier ?

Good location. Breakfast was good selection. The lift worked.

Nobody at reception spoke English. It would be nice to get recommendations and suggestions from reception with some English.The hand towel and floor towels were not replaced.

Personnel were very helpful and very nice. The room was really wonderful with a great view. The Breakfast was good, although it would be better some more variation on fruits. I enjoyed the entire experience.

Television remote controls were faulty at times. Very few English speaking channels. There were problems in general with the TV receptions, due to the rain.

Would not recommend

The rooms are scary! Had to walk through a dark corridor to get to it and it’s very big, almost too big with 2 small twin beds. You can hear everything from the outside. The door had an open like peephole almost that was covered up with tissue paper that’s it. Any one could get into it. Tv + WiFi didn’t work. Honestly, would not recommend. I was genuinely scared in that room. Like if it was out of a scary movie.

Really friendly and helpful staff. They arranged a table for me to work from in a quiet area of the hotel which I thought was going above and beyond what I'd expect from them

Will stay away from this hotel!!!

Maintenance not adequate. Frequent Electricity break down. Stick in the elevator for one hour. Had to call the emergency number myself from the elevator. Emergency fire men came to rescue us by lifting the elevator by hand!!No help at all from the hotel staff!Low quality breakfast. Wifi shutdown frequent. No wifi coverage in the room.

liked nothing at all about this hotel.Outdated rooms mould and dust everywhere uncomfortable night's sleep rude guests in the next room playing loud music until 5.00am

Location is good, all is near.

6th floor rooms and upper are really ugly, dirty, old, dusty and too many allergies came.

I did not like nothing.

I did not like : Breakfast, Room no TV is working. There was a male hotel receptionist with Colombian or Venezuelan accent, he was rude to me. He acted like he did not like me because I was black , even thou he was not that white. I do not feel like he should be serving there. A hotel is for everyone.
