- The staff! the ladies at the front desk was so helpful and kind. The bed was comfortble and the restaurants around the hotel is convenient. The rooms are pretty spacious.
- Proximity to airport and staff in the morning was very helpful
Cons -
- This is not a 4 star hotel its a basic 2 hotel. You cant even get a free cup of coffee in the lobby that should be basic customwr service. The room were bare no ambience nothing on the walls not even a picture just empty. It reminds me of a bigger Motel 6
- Hotel says it offers many amenities but did not - no shuttle, they call a cab and you pay. No Safe in room, no hair dryer, towels were old and dingy, king is 2 twins stuck together, nowhere to put toiletries in bathroom, etc. NOT 4 STARS!!
