The breakfast and location were good. The staff was also very nice.

We initially rated the hotel good however since returning home we have come to realise that the blood spots on our sheet everyday was a result of bedbugs, which we have never dealt with before. My. Husband and I are covered with hundreds of bites all over our arms legs and torsos.

Pictures says it all. Pretty disgusting room. Couch was full of stains. Duvet cover was old, frayed and zipper was broken. Brown bed throw was full of stains. Very disgusting and hard to believe a room is rented in this condition. Found two bugs in our sheets. Didn’t seem to be bed bugs though. Very poor sleep do to condition of room. You should book elsewhere until they buy new bedding and take cleaning seriously. I still can’t believe people rate it this high. They certainly didn’t get our room. Our friends rooms bed sheets were also stained.

Breakfast was bad ,rooms were dirty, the a/c didn't work, and cancelation policy is a rip-off. The only thing good was the way the receptionist helped you with places.

We enjoyed the spacious suite; staff was friendly and courteous; and the location was good for us.

Furniture in the suite was well used but not an issue for us.

because we arrived late dure to flight delays they charged us USD77 for no-show on the two rooms, in total USD154, when we arrived at 1;30 am they charged us for the two rooms - one was paid by credit card and the second in cash. When asked for a credit-refund they said that only Booking.com com can refund the USD154 incorectly charged for no-show. So this is what we are asking Booking.com to make a refund to the my credit card. IT IS COMPLETELY UNFAIR TO DOUBLE CHARGE FOR THE TWO ROOMS.

Location is very good, Nadia in RECEPTION is very nice.

I can not do make check-in early, only wait for 3pm.WIFI is so bad. SOFA was broken

Nice breakfast. Suite was spacious.Location was very nice. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Very convenient for the Jorge Newbery airport.

The hotel is located in the city center. There is a metro station and a bus stop nearby. It is also close to all the city attractions and to the small city airport.

The hotel infrastructure is a bit outdated, and I think it needs to be updated.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The first Impression of the room, poor. Light was poor, old and not very clean curtains. Flooring in desperate need of repair, furniture exhausted and not clean. The main bathroom antiquated badly lit. Hot water took ages to get to the tap so much so the first day almost gave up. Overall impression, very seedy. Breakfast room poor. The only saving grace was the reception area and the friendliness of the staff there from door man to reception and very nice lady in the breakfast room.

The front desk staff were nice

Air conditioning not working & was very loud when it was. They pushed two beds together to make one & you could feel where the 2 beds met. Slow elevators. Very dark in the the room. Inadequate hot water. Would not allow me to reduce the number of days without losing $$. I have stayed at other & nicer hotels in Buenos Aires that cost less than this one.

The cupboard doors were challenging, I didn't realise they were magnetic. Dark brown doors make the room feel small and dismalThere were no coat hangers.No kettleThe shower took ages to heat up Now Covid is not so much of a threat, it would be brilliant if instructions could be printed and laminated so that guests knew exactly which remote to use for which TV unit etc, also the shower controls were trial and error which wastes a huge amount of water.
