Room and location were both really great. Staff were friendly.

They don’t clean the room every day or make the bed, we ran out of toilet paper and it took them a little bit to get us new rolls, the card keys kept being de-magnetized. Beds could have been more comfortable.

This was hands down the nicest place I’ve stayed a spotless, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The service was outstanding from start to finish, with seamless check-in and every need anticipated. A huge thank you to Josuez for the exceptional personal service; you made our stay unforgettable! Highly recommend.

It is close to the AEP, 20-30 mins depending on traffic.

The room is dated and not very clean. The floor was dirty. The kitchen is there, but very poorly equipped. It doesn’t even have cutlery.

Location is ok. Close to town center and 30 mins from the AEP airport.

The room is dated. The bathroom is not particularly clean. So is the room. The dining table was not even properly cleaned when we entered. Still has food marks on it. There is only one bathroom for four people, so quite inconvenient. There is a kitchen, but no spoons, forks, knives or plates. We have to ask the receptionist to bring us some.

There are two floors which accommodate up to 4. Good for family stay. Especially breakfast in the room is so comfortable. We can book the time of breakfast from 7 to 11am! It made us feel almost at home!

It’s very stylish design but may not be good with child or elderly because of stairs, two bathrooms is very nice to have.

Mattress is a bit soft for me.

In the main 9 Julio street, very close to the major attractions such as the Obelisk, the Plaza de Mayor, Cathedral Metropolitan.... The staff was superb helpful and provided me with good suggestions.

The location, the facilities and cleanness of the room. The 24-hour desk. The staff was friendly and spoke English.

WiFi was not working for me. The room was facing the big avenue and it was very noisy. The hotel did offer me to change the room when I gave them this feedback so that was good :)

A big problem emerged as I booked for a good price in advance, 62 Us dollars per day. When the day approached the price increased to 160 US Dlls. The hotel, two days before my stay, denied 3 of my bank cards presented....and threatened to cancel the reservation. As I was in the city, I went in person to the hotel to pay a day before my stay. First the system didn't accept a card which I always use, as I said, I was going to complain to booking.com. magically my card passed and I paid the original price. Please Booking.com take note of this unfair treatment.

The rooms are very beautiful and match the images online. Very central location, very easy to navigate around. Clean and comfortable but not exceptional given the price. Helpful stuff.

The location of the hotel in the city is good, but the location of the rooms along the avenue turned out to be very noisy!It feels that there is no difference with the windows closed. Also the stuff was very helpful but I found the whatsapp communication a bit overwhelming with constant messages to rate the conversation after each message.

Good location. Allowed for early check in and late checkout with fee. Spacious room.

Room was two floors and awkward to get around. Windows didn’t seal so street noise was like having the windows open!

Confusions with communication through booking. Our questions weren’t being relayed to the hotel which led to some problems

The size the rooms were nice for a family. The location was nice with plenty of restaurants in walking distance and great sites right out on the main avenue.

There were three of us and only two us needed breakfast. Because the from accommodated 4 ppl, they only wanted to provide breakfast for 4 which we didn't need so we skipped and went to a local cafe instead. Room service coffee would have been nice.

The location was excellent. The room size was very good.

Bathroom very small

The attitude of the staff is really good. But the facilities of the bathrooms are not good. The shower was small and the water pressure was not good.
