I have stayed here 4x in the past and the check in counter employees were accommodating. This time , even when I requested an upper floor facing the street beforehand , I was told by the guy (tall and fair) that the amount I paid was not for the that room and if I insist, I have to pay more $125/day. In the past, I was able to request for such rooms with no additional pay. The hotel wasn’t fully booked or crowded during my stay based on the people I saw at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet is no longer interesting compared to my previous stays.

The hotel is close to most of the attractions.

The bedding is not so clean. Pillows are smelly.

I liked the location and the view.

No room service!!! Rude receptionist.

The location

Upon arrival staff was not assisting at all ,no one to take luggage to the room , had to do three floors with my luggage , called 3 times to get an extra cover , phone in room was not working , the toilet didn’t have trash bin , appliances were old and rusted . They didn’t have any toothbrush or power adaptors . Minibar with only water . Breakfast they where in such a hurry that took food away from us even if there was still 15 min time .

The service stuff is very gentle and have a nice big lobby.

Clóset space could be better and there was no iron in the room, other that that was all good.

The property is in a great location. It's very central and is near a hop on hop off bus stop. It's walking distance from several attractions.

The hotel is not being maintained properly. There is a clear need for some basic maintenance. My room's bathroom sink and bathtub had clear cracks, and there were stains on the wall for example. The open time of the gym is really silly; it's open at times when guests will normally be out and about, which negates its usefulness completely. These comments have been made by other guests in past reviews haven't been addressed at all.

It was not that clean, and I had to ask for bed linen to be replaced as it was old.

Great location close to theatre Colon and the city centre. Many cafes nearby and easy to move around the city from the location.Comfortable and big bed, friendly and helpful staff.

No breakfast included in the price, separate cost was 22 USD - bit too much for the choice provided.Spa centre and pool working hours are inconvenient: 11 to 20 - this is not a resort place, most people are already out for business/sightseeing at 11 am and they rarely come back before 8 pm as it is in the middle of the evening program. Also, for massage reservation the spa centre manager offered me to contact directly the therapist thru what's app - what is the point to have an administrator if the guests need to take care of arrangements themselves?No tea/coffee/water in the roomOverall, some renovation would have been great - the place looks a bit old.

The hotel is a bit faded but staff were great, breakfast good the spa and pool a bonus and the price very reasonable. It was clean and big rooms.

the staff were excellent: front desk, security, bar, breakfast - everyone we interacted with was kind, open, well mannered, helpful, human, and professional all together. The people make the place, and your staff are wonderful!

Nice Hotel, good location to walk to the downtown and other places. Also good to reach by taxi (Uber)

The pool area is in the basement and missing daylight. Needs some renovation. Breakfast options could be more for the price of the hotel, fresh fruits selection limited,

Very nice and comfortable hotel in city center, just across Colon Theatre. All bus and metro in 5 min walk. All interesting seeing points 30-90 min walk. Good indor pool and spa, spacious room. Our best recomendation.

The hotel is in a central location, a few blocks from the obelisk and within walking distance of quite a few Subte stations for ease of access to other locations in Buenos Aires. Rooms are quite spacious, perhaps they could be filled a bit more. Lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi in the hotel too. When I had an issue in my room, the staff immediately helped me move to another room.

Honestly, not too much. If you pay for breakfast, it's quite good, but there are many cheaper options around the hotel, especially if you want a real Argentinian breakfast. If you use any hotel services, just be sure that you're fully aware of the timeframe. My biggest issue is that a 4 star hotel doesn't provide drinking water to guests in a hot city.
