The location is great. Nice and quiet neighborhood.

This is not a 4-star hotel. The carpets and walls are dirty, the mattresses are flimsy, and the bathrooms are old. The towels and bed linens are worn and overall cleanliness is below what you’d expect.We had specific issues during our stay: bed sheets with holes, a screw sticking out in the shower that could cut your feet, and a bathroom with broken tiles and not clean when we first checked in. The staff did apologize and offered us a bottle of wine and 15% discount, which we appreciated, but we believe it's important to provide an honest review for future guests who are considering staying here.

Very clean place, the bed was very comfortable and although some days I would get up late the staff would always clean my room. For someone coming back from Patagonia the sauna and pool were excellent

The cleaning service not perfect

We stayed here as a cheaper pre-cruise option, with it being only a very short walk (just round the corner) to the Sofitel /cruise checkin. Handy having little supermarket across the way and one of the hop on hop off bus lines ran along the end of Libertador street. Breakfast simple and good.

The breakfast was average. There is no coffee/kettle provided in the room which I think these days is a basic requirement in a hotel of it's location.Also, the pictures on the website are deceiving, it makes it look like they have a functioning bar but when I got there I was told that the bar is never open! Also the carpet in the room is old with stains and needs to be refitted.

Very acceptable , good location.Could a couple more choices and natural juices .The bread selection was a bit poor Carpeting in the rooms is old and very worn out , with lots of ugly stains . Should be removed .

The carpets gave me some allergies. I was moved to a room without carpets and it was great.

Great breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Friendly and efficient staff.

The atmosphere and the area are top! The room was spacious and the staff is the best (Andrés and Arturo are the kindest and most attentive). I loved that they respect my do not disturb sign (as I tend to keep everything as clean as possible until I leave).

My room has some stains on the carpet and the desk chair, which takes away the style of the whole ambience, but I think those are details that can be solved —it didn’t bother me as long as everything else worked and the service was good.

Location and nice staff.

The rooms have no mirror, plugs are not placed very conveniently or near the sleeping area. The rooms are good, shower also but a little bit old. Breakfast could be improved above all coffee and hot drinks. Bread also.
