Palermo Suites Buenos Aires Hotel & Apartments

The breakfast buffet was ok. Coffee horrible. Towels were torn and in poor condition. TV never worked. Clean room. Only liked location

Cleanliness and staff

The price when I booked was higher than normal rates. Almost the price of a luxurious 5 stars hotel.

Fastest WiFi during 2 weeks trip in Argentina. Spacious room

I would recommend the Palermo Suites hotel and return if ever I'm back in Buenos Aires. Great location, quiet, huge rooms, and good breakfast. What's not to love?

Staff was very nice and the location was the best in Palermo we stayed for the marathon and could easily walk to the parks, restaurants and shopping around. Lots of public transportation around and we mostly used Uber and walked. Lots of walking distance options restaurants and café.

A bit dated but still ok.

We had no idea initially how suitable it would be for exploring BA, but it was close to Aeroparque, which was perfect for our late arrival & early departure flights. But we really liked the location - close to a busy main route with easy access to trains, buses & underground but close to quiet parkland & shady streets. The staff were friendly & helpful, good breakfast, our room clean & comfortable & very quiet.

The staff is super kind and very helpful. The room is big and clean.

Spacious room, very clean, comfortable bed, pleasant view into the courtyard from the balcony. The latter was an unexpected bonus. Having a kitchenette/dining area was an important to us feature. We were able to safely store our luggage from check out time till the ride to the airport for an evening flight, and relax in the lounge area, which was very nice and went along with the overall courtesy of hotel staff.The hotel is on a busy street, but close enough to Palermo parks, and there are some nice restaurants within a 20-30 min walking distance.

Breakfast was disappointing - very limited selection of food and not of the best quality. It was fresh, but artificially flavored pastries, only one kind of super-processed cheese, no eggs of any protein, only sweetened yogurts, mandarins and apples as only fruit (a total shame, when there was abundance of fruit at every produce stand, including the one just around the corner from the hotel). I selected this hotel because it has a kitchen, but it proved to be of limited utility. Dishes/glasses/utensils - yes, but no pots/pans, so we were not able to do some lite cooking as planned - the kitchenette only supports making salads/sandwiches and reheating takeout foods. Will be adequate for most travelers, though.

Breakfast coffee terrible. I had to go and have coffee at 6 6 am at the Patisserie.

Price, clean, location

Room on a busy street so noisy. Couldn’t open door to balcony to get fresh air as it was too noisy and traffic fumes.

The size of teh room was big and comfortable.

Breakfast was very poor. The air conditioning was old and it took a long time for the room to be warm.

On checking in we were presented with an inventory list to sign before seeing the room which included charges against each item that would be added to the bill if the items were missing on check out. We said we would check the room first and then sign, noting any discrepancies. Sure enough, only about half of the kitchen items were actually in the room with only one towel (double room). The reception personnel said it wasn't their responsibility and the manager would address it. Over three days the manager never came to see us.

Excellent location.

Not a lot of power outlets in the room for charging all modern gadgets. Watch, phone and laptop.
